My family thoroughly enjoyed the condo and amenities. We had great space for my family and spent our nights laughing and enjoying being together. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds weren’t bad. I only have one suggestion and I understand there is limited space; however, for a condo that sleeps 10 people, it’s almost impossible to only have 2 cars.

Surfside vacation 2023

Great condo, has just what our family needs to have a great week on the beach. Updates to condo were very good, especially the new deck furniture and new shower in front bedroom. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful condo!

Had an amazing stay in this condo! Loved the location and the amount of room we had. The kitchen was fully equipped with all your basic needs and plenty of extras. We enjoyed the fun beachy decor throughout and would love to return next year!

Happy Thanksgiving at the beach

The condo is clean and very well appointed, especially the kitchen, which had everything needed to prepare a great Thanksgiving dinner for the family. We loved the deck, the easy access to the beach, and the spaciousness of the unit.

Great Time

There was a bit of an issue when we arrived due to the hurricane the week prior to our stay but that was solved quickly and pleasantly. Our week could not have been any better. Looking forward to going back.

Our family of six adults, one teenager, a 3 yr old and two toddlers had plenty of room. This property is wonderful and clean. We’ll be back next year.

Perfect On The Beach Stay

Everything was perfect for our annual family beach trip! The spacious dining/living area was great so we could all be together whether it was sitting around the TV or eating! I have never had such a well stocked kitchen like this one had. We love to cook so it was made a whole lot easier for us! Bedrooms were perfect for our group. Easy access to the beach made for a wonderful time! Hope to rent again next year!

Wonderful Condo!

We have stayed at this condo for the past 2 years and it’s absolutely the best place. On the beach with a pool- couldn’t ask for a better place. The condo is spacious with a great balcony looking out at the ocean. The elevator has been wonderful for my husband and I as we are in our seventies!

Wonderful Condo!

Grinning Granna

As soon as we walked in, we were all smiling. It was open, bright, clean, big and accommodated all our needs. With all the small children (5 grandchildren ages 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9) it was easier to stay in to eat most meals, a wonderful supplied kitchen took care of that. The area is very family friendly and not overly crowded. This could be our favorite place to date!

Beautifully updated condo.

We had 5 adults and one baby in the unit. There was plenty of room. The balcony was very large with a high railing for safety. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room.

Because I sought a place to meet several criteria for all family members, it is difficult to summarize our week in this lovely accommodation! Had to be oceanfront, had to have a great balcony, had to have a pool, had to have an elevator, had to have enough bathrooms and sleeping configurations. This great condo checked all the boxes, and then some! The only recommendations I would make would be to add a K-cup brewer (brought our own for my mom) and some grab bars in the primary en-suite bath. We absolutely loved the kitchen, by the way! The balcony railing height and bar spacing was a plus with our little ones. Additionally, the grounds landscaping was beautiful and well kept, which was so welcoming and relaxing. From the 2.5 year-old to the almost 89 year-old, we all agreed we would stay here again without question! Our first stay at Surfside Beach will not be our last! Our hosts have a great team to work with, making our multi-generational family vacation one for great memories!

Hurricane Debby

We have been renting this place for years and have so many wonderful family memories here. The condo was clean and beautiful. We were only able to enjoy it for a day and a half due to hurricane Debby. While I understand the policies, I was really disappointed that we were not able to recover any of our costs.

It’s too bad

The location of the condo was perfect. It was well equipped and, on the whole, was in fairly good condition. However, it was not clean. The stove and countertops needed to be wiped down immediately upon arrival, there was mold in one bathtub/shower and what appeared to be animal fur in the other shower. The deck floor was gross. My daughter reported she saw a few roaches. We had a great time, but cleaning a condo upon arrival after an 11 hour drive was not a great way to start a vacation.

Family Vacation

The condo wasn’t as big as the pictures show. The people in the condo below us complained about noise when we had 14 people registered and the kids were just playing. Overall we had a good time.

Last week of April 2022

The property was as expected from the listing. The space was super. We did not have AC for the first day as the whole unit was unfixable. They property manager sent over portable ac units for the bedrooms until the unit was replaced Tuesday afternoon. Also the ice maker did not work at all the whole week. Had it been warmer, both of these items would have been a huge inconvenience otherwise it was a mild inconvenience.
