Relax and enjoy in this resort style home which features a large hot jacuzzi, salt water pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus a 3rd full bathroom (with shower) in the garage making it a convenient spot to wash the sand off from your beach days.

The home has a spacious open living room with TV and surround sound (Cable and Streaming Apps), desk for remote work, full-size kitchen with modern appliances that connects to an outdoor patio and spacious landscaped backyard with beautiful pool, large jacuzzi, lounge chairs & gas BBQ is ready for grilling.

Property Sleeps 8 comfortably (6 adults & 2 kids allowed): Bedroom 1- Queen bed (en-suite bathroom), Bedroom 2- King bed (plus pack-n-play), Bedroom 3- King bed and bunk bed. Rooms have closet & storage spaces. There is central AC/Heater plus ceiling fans in every room to keep you comfortable in every season.

Our home is family friendly: includes pack-n-play, bathtub, highchair and child dinnerware. We also provide beach gear for you (towels, chairs, wagon, small cooler, umbrella, boogie boards & sand toys). Washer & Dryer located in garage. The garage is available for parking one car and the driveway can fit 2-3 cars.

Property Sleeps 8 comfortably (3 beds for 6 people plus a bunkbed set for additional 2 kids).

There is no fee to heat the Jacuzzi. Free of charge! :) Pool is not a heated pool. It does have a black surface and is more shallow which helps it get warm. It is a salt water pool and jacuzzi. We ask that you shower off all sand & dirt before entering pool and jacuzzi.

* This property is suitable for considerate guests. The neighborhood is a quiet and peaceful area. Noise needs to be kept to a reasonable level during the day and outdoor quiet hours need to be observed to respect our neighbors at night.
* The Outdoor Quiet Noise Hours are from 9:00pm-7:00am (Weekdays) and 10:00pm-7:00am (Weekends). Enforced by sound sensors (that read dB levels).
* You may be reported or asked to leave the property with no refund if rules are not observed.
