2. TOT (occupancy tax certificate) 4199/4199N
3. No outdoor amplified sound at all times
4. Pets MAY NOT be left unattended at the home and must be on a lease outdoors
5. Quiet hours 9 PM- 7 AM, noise complaints will be fined (this includes pets and excessive barking and/or pets left unattended)
6. Parking available for two vehicles only
7. No smoking (indoor or outdoor) at the property
8. Children must be supervised at all times
