The Spruce House is (3) three seperate units (Seedling, Sapling, Sprout units) is a hidden gem nestled in the lush Tongass National Forest, offering a convenient location within walking distance to the airport, shopping areas, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and biking routes. The property is surrounded by beautifully designed landscaping that complements the majestic old growth Sitka spruce trees, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere.
The outdoor living spaces at The Spruce House are designed to provide pure garden enjoyment, allowing you to relax, play, and even host your next group adventure or small event. Whether you book one or all three units, The Spruce House can accommodate a total of 12 to 14 people.

The Sapling features a modern farmhouse feel with its open living floor plan. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a covered veranda with rocking chairs, setting the tone for relaxation. Parking is convenient with a lighted carport that can accommodate two vehicles, and there is plenty of parking available, including EV charging stations.
The property is well-suited for hosting various events, such as birthdays, baby showers, wedding showers, weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, romantic getaways, business trips, family reunions, and out-of-town guests visiting locals.
For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front door of each unit, including the hot tub. There are NO inside cameras. Cameras are monitored by the host at anytime via a smartphone app. The cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
