PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.
Amenities:
A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. We have a pet fee of $25 per dog, per night. This pet fee will be capped at $250 for longer stays. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!
Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $65.

We had a pleasant 2 night stay. The place was well kept and quiet. There were many places to eat within walking distance, and there was grass just outside the door for our dog. Be prepared to climb steps in the three level unit. There are no doors on the bedrooms; they are just on different levels and sound travels easily between all the floors. The balcony was great to have.

Great location!
Came for the Fourth of July weekend and would stay here again! It’s right on the bottom of lookout mountain and about 10 minutes from downtown. It is a 2 bedroom on a 3 floor townhouse both rooms being loft style. The beds were pretty comfortable too.

Relaxing getaway
The accommodation had everything we needed and could want. The location was wonderful with an easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, bars. It was a great starting point for some hiking. Just what we needed for some mountain therapy.

Perfect for our stay
The location was absolutely perfect. Close to all that we needed & still quiet and peaceful. The property had everything we needed and everything was clean and well taken care of. It fits 4, but with only 1 shower, I think 3 is the best number of guests. We will definitely be back!

Close to everything. 5 min to ruby falls, about 10 min to rock city. Didn't get to ride the incline train but walking distance to the depot. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and grocery store just a few minutes away. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay at Lookout Mountain!
We had a wonderful vacation at the foot of Lookout Mountain! We loved this condo because of its comfort and because it was in a convenient location near the trails around the mountain! We could walk everywhere! Also, the property manager was very easy to communicate with. Thank you for the terrific stay! :-D

This is a double loft—there are not doors for either bedroom. The bedroom photos are not accurate—a VRBO issue I believe. The location was awesome, but working with PMI was a pill (though their maintenance team was helpful).

Great location for the activities we were looking to do. Very nice property. Although the directions they gave instead of the gps option was off, there is no sign for w 39th street should mention to turn right at the HO sign and the garbage was on our right not the left

Great location, Nice Property, Great Access to Chattanooga Area
Pleasant stay, the location and property were well maintained. We stayed for 4 days to explore around Chattanooga (zoo, aquarium, riverwalk, downtown, Lookout Mountain, and parks). Great location out of direct downtown, but quick access by vehicle to all. Amenities were all available. Only feedback is to clarify that the upstairs bedroom is a slide-out bed (to make the two beds described) and as this is a multi-level condo, no door to the second floor suite due to staircase passing through (and also the restroom for upstairs guests). Beds were firm, but love those. Lots of windows and light during day. Living room furniture is more for quick sitting vs relaxing, kitchen is well appointed. Will definitely use the property again when staying in the area and recommend to others on travel.
