This meticulously designed short-term vacation rental is a modern 3-story townhome, combining the best of contemporary comfort with mid-century modern aesthetics. With 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and breathtaking views of Lookout Mountain from the top deck, this property promises an unforgettable retreat in a picturesque setting.

Scenic Top Deck: The crowning jewel of this rental is undoubtedly the top deck, where you can take in panoramic views of the majestic Lookout Mountain. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or stargazing in the evening, this serene outdoor space is perfect for relaxation.
Unbeatable Location: Nestled in the heart of Chattanooga, you'll be within walking distance of the historic St. Elmo area. Explore the local charm, visit the iconic Incline Railway, and indulge in a variety of dining options, coffee shops, and delightful ice cream parlorsâall just a stone's throw away.
PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.
Amenities:
A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.
- Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in the modern kitchen, complete with all the essential appliances and cookware you need.
- Cozy Living Area: Relax in the comfortable living space, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
- Free Wi-Fi: Stay connected with complimentary high-speed internet access.
- Convenience: A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, making it easy to pack light and keep your clothes fresh.
PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. We have a pet fee of $25 per dog, per night. This pet fee will be capped at $250 for longer stays. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!
Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $65.

I'm a Father of two - One boy and one girl that are my pride and joy. I love spending time with them, camping, hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
