We loved our stay there! It was so spacious everyone had a place to sleep… the kids loved the pool and the fact we were down the street from the beach … they had almost everything you needed such as games beach stuff pots pans even though we brought our own we will definitely book again

Family getaway!

Perfect little spot for a family getaway! Everyone enjoyed the pool. We also were able to walk to the beach or drive. Quiet beautiful neighborhood!

The pool and the short walk to beach were great for family fun.Great location and the layout was nice. The kitchen was well stocked.The beds could use some attention. The king size bed could use some box springs or a platform with a firmer mattress instead of slats. The queen bed (with the bunkbeds) had a soft mattress along with broken/missing slats so there was a dip you'd fall in; maybe a solid foundation or boxsprings would help.Maybe suggest a location to purchase wood for firepit at check in.

Everything we needed for a great time in Long Beach. House was clean and loaded with everything we needed. Pool was great for the entire family. Great location for a week of baseball at the Gulfport Sports Complex.

Great Little Getaway

The rental is lovely and stocked with many items for convenience. It’s location is close to the beach and Biloxi attractions. Tanya was very helpful, being available whenever I had a question. We are looking forward to another visit.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Rising Tides. Everything was just as listed. Everything we needed to prepare meals. We had six family members with four adults and two children and we had plenty of space for everyone and kids especially enjoyed the pool. Look forward visiting Long Beach again and would definitely stay again if available. Thanks for making our vacation a great one.

Everything you’d want

We were so pleasantly surprised with how nice our stay was. The house was super clean (and I’m picky) and had everything that one would need for a vacation like this. The location was easy for us to get to and from the ballpark. And I couldn’t go without saying how much we enjoyed the POOL. So fun, would definitely come back!

Girls Trip

Riding Tides is a very nice, clean, well stocked home in a very quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. It’s the best stocked home we have ever rented. We had 9 ladies and plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. We spent most of our time at the pool. Tanya was very attentive to our needs. We are already talking about another trip there in the future. We highly recommend it you will not be disappointed! We have no complaints at all, we didn’t want to leave! Thanks Tanya!

A few more details on the property...

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. House was clean. Trash cans were overflowing from previous tenants when we checked in but property manager took care of that upon my request. House is about 2 blocks west of the Gulfport - Long Beach line, off Beach Blvd. The house does come with many amenities (like Pantene shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom) but you will still need to pick up a few supplies if you are planning on cooking or staying more than a day or two (such as coffee, trash bags, etc.) Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. All beds in Bedroom 3 (including the bunk beds) are full / double sized beds. The top bunk has no railing on the side so I wouldn't recommend having a child under twelve sleep there. There is very little clearance between the bottom and top bunks, which may be difficult for some adults to sleep on the bottom bunk without bumping their head. All mattresses in the house are on the soft side. The grill is charcoal. You'll need to supply your own charcoal and something to light the grill with (no matches or lighter in house.) Pool is about 12 feet by 25 feet and is a chlorine pool (not heated). There is a ledge on the deep end which is great for lounging. Large backyard with a fire pit and fenced in. Full size washer and dryer were great to wash all the wet clothes from the pool. Outdoor dining table was nice.

My family and I stayed at this property for a week for spring break and we loved this home and the location. The best part was the heated pool. I would've preferred a tv in each bedroom. Overall stay was great!
