As you step into our Seaside Cottage, you'll be greeted by our cozy living space with a rustic-beachy vibe. Perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the shore.

The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. Fresh linens are provided on all beds.

Our kitchen is stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils to cook up a fresh meal. Without our dining room seating 6, a great way to gather after a fun summer day.

***Pets must be disclosed by adding the number of pets to the reservation upon booking completion. This also ensures an applicable pet fees are applied.

The Cottage was neat and clean. Check in was super easy and communication with the host was terrific. He was helpful and always asking if everything was ok in the Cottage. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Definitely a 5 star experience!!!!

Interior of the apartment was very good. The outdoor space could be nicer. I like how the linens are provided and, though I brought my own, the Keurig pods and tea were a nice surprise. The sofa is too large for the living room and a little broken and smelly, but that may be because this apartment is pet-friendly which is why I chose to stay here.

Communication with host was wonderful! So responsive and quickly answered any questions I had. The property was so beachy and cozy! We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Just a few blocks from the boardwalk. The neighbors were so friendly and chatty.

This was the cutest little cottage. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Michael (the property manager) was absolutely amazing. He was at our beck and call if we needed him. I will reach out to him whenever I decide to go to NJ again. I have to say that the neatest part of the stay was not having to do anything to check out.

It was a pleasure working with Michael , we needed a home for a last minute 2 night stay due to family emergency and he was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier The home was extremely clean and comfortable location was quiet and close to everything

It was a great trip from start to finish… Booking was simple Check in was easy Peazey. The communication with the host was spot on and quick ! The cottage was very clean and had all we needed to use while we were there . One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. Thank you for helping make our stay one to remember in a good way:)

Location Location Location. This place is great!! 2 blocks from the end of the boardwalk. Property was super clean!! Only downside is parking can be a little tough to find at times. Overall I give this place a 5 star!! Also the host Micheal was super responsive with any questions we had!!!

The location was perfect! Short walk to Boardwalk and beach. The cottage was quaint and well stocked. The owner was easy to reach and replied quickly. I would definitely book again.

Parking was an issue since it was only off street. The grill was not a gas grill it was infrared and we could not use the outside outlet. We had to find an extension cord and use an outlet from inside the house but we couldn’t have any other small appliances or lights on while using the grill because it would trip the breaker. This was pretty inconvenient. Reached out to property manager and he was unaware there was an electric grill on site. The house was set up well and we loved having washer and dryer. Storage for clothes and shoes was limited. Limited dishes and cooking utensils. Loved having linens included that was a great feature. Location to the beach was excellent. We felt safe at night with our family and the neighbors were wonderful. We would stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

Beautiful retreat...this place is so clean and homey, absolutely everything you need in a home away from home. The weather didn't cooperate, but we did not mind being snuggled in here for the weekend. A block away is a fantastic pub with friendly folks and fabulous food. Great neighbors. Check-in was a breeze and our host was available and accommodating. We definitely plan to visit again!

Wonderful weekend

We really enjoyed this beautiful home. It was walking distance to everything It was beautifully decorated and clean. The backyard was very cute. Hosts really paid attention to detail We would definitely stay here again Only con is the off street parking but we were fortunate to find a spot near the house. 10/10!

Great stay!!!!!

We had a great stay at this property! The listing perfectly described everything, and we were thrilled to find the place very clean and well-maintained. It had all the extra amenities we could ask for, and then some, making our stay hassle-free. All the appliances were in great condition, which was a huge plus.The property manager was incredibly responsive and made the entire process so easy, which we truly appreciated. This trip was primarily to visit family, but we can't wait to return in the summer to enjoy the beautiful beach location! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Great week in a cottage!

Had a great week on DuPont Ave. The house was great, the linen service was wonderful. The only bad thing and it’s not bad was the parking. If people have driveways they should use them. They choose to park on the street and take up a parking spot.

Seamless last minute seaside summer rental!

We were thrilled to find this last minute vacation cottage in Seaside! Descriptions of the property were accurate. Communications with owner were quick and helpful, especially since the immediate area was new to us. We were close enough and yet far enough from the boardwalk so that we could retreat from the hustle and night life. Having older kids made the walking distance with b avg gear easy. Amenities and linens provided was a highlight. Great walking streets for our dog! The only tricky piece was parking offsite when needed, as the spot in front of the cottage is ideal. Overall, it was a simple hiccup. We are used to doing the cleaning and laundry so these details that are included made for a relaxing time. We can’t thank the team enough for such a great trip!

For little kids, sharp corners on furniture, not a lot of places to put “stuff” could use larger drawers in bedrooms, and some more shelving in each room. Wonderful couch, comfortable for kids sleeping on. The power recliner is broken on one of the sofas. Good tv’s. Could also use a baby gate.
