Top Floor; Top Shelf! Views of Sound & Sea! Fully renovated luxe condo!

SeaSpray 304 is a 3rd floor (walk-up) condo completely overhauled in 2024. Unique ‘dual view’ setting with views of the ocean, the sound and MHC Port (watch the big ships come and go) from the balcony. At night twinkle lights from the harbor and the Beaufort waterfront dance across the shimmering water from one side with the sound of ocean waves on the other side.

Inside revel in luxe appointments – new kitchen with all new cabinetry, high end quartz countertops, SS appliance ensemble including a Bosch dishwasher. Keurig and potted Krups coffee makers. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking gear and serving/barware.

Walk-in/stand-up showers in both baths (no tubs). Both baths fully renovated in 2024.

Designer furniture throughout – many pieces/art from Guthrie Interiors and hand curated by the owners. Plantation shutters on all windows.

Wireless Internet provided. Smart TV’s in both bedrooms and in Living Room. Ecobee thermostat, Smart Schlage lock system, Ring camera at front door only. Washer and dryer in unit.

SeaSpray offers direct oceanfront access, pool and grilling areas as well as a grassy central courtyard. A+ Location on the quiet East End of Atlantic Beach – a stroll away from Fort Macon and an easy Uber ride to great dining and nightlife in Morehead City, Beaufort and on The Circle in AB.

This is a 3rd floor walk-up unit with no elevator – work on your glutes and legs for the beach! Complex DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN UNIT OR IN BUILDING. HOA does not allow parking of boats/watercraft, trailers or commercial vehicles of any kind on the premises. Violators will be towed without notice.

Rates include maid/cleaning service prior to arrival, all linens and starter packs of necessary goods.

The condo was clean, homey and updated. We didn’t cook but if we did the kitchen was well stocked. I appreciate Brian contacting us after we arrived to make sure we had what we needed.

Perfect Fourth of July Beach Weekend!

We stayed at this beautiful beach condo over the 4th of July weekend while celebrating our close friend’s 50th birthday. It was the perfect home base for the occasion! It was my husband, our two college-aged daughters, and myself, and we were all thoroughly impressed.The condo itself is perfectly appointed, newly renovated, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook meals and relax together. You can tell the owners have thought through every detail.The location on the island is also fantastic, close enough to easily explore nearby spots like Morehead City and Beaufort, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you want it. The beach just steps from the condo is wide, clean, and never felt crowded, even during a holiday weekend. The walk over the dunes is scenic and adds to the charm of the experience.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, updated, and well-located beach escape.

Sound and Sea Condo in Atlantic Beach, NC

My husband and I stayed at the Sound and Sea Condo (SeaSpray at Atlantic Beach) for a week in June, 2025, and we loved every minute of our fun and relaxing getaway! The property is luxuriously and tastefully furnished, and the beds are so very comfortable! The condo has direct access to the beautiful Atlantic Beach, which we walked twice a day. Fort Macon State Park is within walking distance, as well as our morning exercise, walking to the Pier Restaurant for breakfast! The SeaSpray also has a lovely pool. We loved the location--quiet in the evenings, but so convenient to all that Atlantic Beach has to offer. The owners communicated in a timely manner and provided easy access\check-in to the condo as well as great recommendations to area restaurants! We enjoyed our stay so much that we did not want to leave!

Fantastic Stay at Atlantic Beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo a few steps from the beach. The unit had everything we needed to cook meals, make drinks, etc. Everything looked modern and brand new!We loved being able to see the sound and the beach from the balcony. The beach was clean and wider than any other beach I've been to. We enjoyed swimming in the pool as well.There are several great restaurants nearby and my kids loved visiting Ft. Macon and the aquarium. We'll be coming back to visit again for sure!

Brian was always quick to respond. His condo was beautifully decorated. Couch, beds and pillows were very comfy! Security at the complex was very attentive. We would love to stay there again!

Weekend getaway

This place is amazing. Somehow you feel right at home while also feeling like you’re in a luxurious hotel at the same time. The owners have thought of everything from the luxury bath linens that are sensitive on sun-kissed skin to having every kitchen and dining item you might need! They were super responsive to any questions I had and had a list of recommendations which I gladly took advantage of! The condo was very clean including the grounds around it. Highly recommend for your next vacation!

Perfect condo by on the beach

Beautiful condo that has been redone with superb attention to detail. Kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances and has everything you need to make your meals. Amazing sunrise views from the balcony. The best part is the beach is just steps away. Can't wait to stay there again.

We both grew up in the Raleigh area, vacationing on the Crystal Coast with our families and then as a couple we got married on a pier over Bogue Sound. This area has always held a special place in our hearts! When it was time to purchase our own place here, we knew it would be in Atlantic Beach. We manage our own rental properties around Raleigh and are excited to be sharing our experience with our guests in AB!

We chose SeaSpray because of it's location on the East End of Atlantic Beach near Fort Macon yet a quick Uber from some of our favorite restaurants and bars at the Circle in AB, in Downtown Morehead and on the Waterfront in Beaufort.

We curated each piece in our condo and wanted to offer our guests a little more sophisticated experience than the average 'shore decor' condo on the beach. We appreciate quiet, muted tones with a nod to coastal living and we hope you will as well!
