Mountain Mindset: Pup Friendly + Trail

DOWNSTAIRS

LIVING ROOM: Smart TV, 2 couches, accent chairs (comfortable seating for 7-8).

SITTING ROOM: 4 lounge chairs, coffee table, wood-burning fireplace (seating for 4).

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, duo Keurig (ground coffee and k cups), and French press. NOTE: Ground coffee, k cups, sugar, and creamer are provided.

DINING ROOM: Dining space for 8 guests (new dining table coming soon!). The dining area is small, but we have made the most of the space with plenty of seating.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer located right off the kitchen in closet.

BEDROOM 1: King bed, dresser, large closet, and luggage bench.

BEDROOM 2: King bed, dresser, large closet, smart TV , and two chairs.

BEDROOM 3: Queen bed, 2 nightstands, large closet.

NOTE: None of the bedrooms at Mountain Mindset have an en suite bathroom. Both of the full bathrooms are located on the first floor across from the three ground floor bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and a DOHM sound machine.

BATHROOM 1: Single vanity, toilet and walk-in shower.

BATHROOM 2: single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combo.

UPSTAIRS

NOTE: The stairs leading upstairs are steep, please navigate with caution. *Please note, there is a gate at the top.

BEDROOM 4 (LOFT): 2 twin beds, nightstand with lamps, full-length mirror, arm chairs. This bedroom is a loft and open to the sitting area below.

BEDROOM 5: Queen daybed and desk.

OUTDOORS: Hot tub, ski closet, door dining set, Adirondack chairs, gas firepit, grill, and EV charger (50 AMP outlet)

OTHER NOTES: The house is not equipped with Central AC, but we do have window AC units for the summer months to keep the house cool.

Dog-friendly with $100 one-time fee. No cats, fines may apply.
