We have stayed at this property before and it was excellent! Especially this time we left after loading the car in the garage, which was extremely nice since it was 15 degrees outside and windy!! Thank you for a great experience!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay & couldn’t be happier with this property. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, & the owners have went above and beyond to make staying there as comfortable as possible! We couldn’t recommend this home enough!

Excellent stay

Our stay in this house was excellent and incredibly comfortable. Due the a snow storm that occurred, the owners were able to extend our time and ensured the sidewalks and driveway were clear. Lovely place.

I'm obsessed with these properties. We've stayed at a couple that seem to be owned by the same host. Always with cute extras like hair ties and cotton rounds in the bathrooms to flavorings the espresso machine and even arcade games. Home away from home.

Christmas at this beautiful property!

The home is beautiful and accurately depicted in the listing. We were greeted with a decorated Christmas tree and a delicious box of gourmet chocolates. We found the property incredibly well-stocked. The hosts have made the home very inviting with very nice furniture, quality tableware and cookware, and decorations. Our granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed the Ms. Pacman arcade machine and kids' axe throwing game on the patio outside. The 3-car garage with the Tesla charging station was amazing.The hosts justified their status as premier hosts. Check-in and checkout were seamless. They were very responsive with the very few questions we had.We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-week stay. We had quick and easy access to all that Springfield had to offer. Thanks to the hosts for a top-notch VRBO stay.

Such a wonderful place. I was in town for work and really enjoyed staying here. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything you could need. I will definitely book it again when I’m back in town.

First time experience

This was definitely a last minute decision. My first time in the VRBO world. My son actually found this location. Very nice, newer built neighborhood in the outskirts of town (10 minutes ) very quiet location. I really loved how close to the airport it was because we had an early morning departure with a rental car to return. The house was just like the pictures. Absolutely beautiful! Slept 6 of us (2 to a room) We had family come together from out of state for an unexpected funeral and this house was the perfect place to house everyone. Republic doesn't have a selection when it comes to a hotel or motel-so this was a blessing! The whole process was super easy and smooth. A big thank you to the owners/host for having such a beautiful place for people to come experience. We felt at home.We stayed 6 days and it was worth every penny! Thank you again! I will book again at this location. Cheers!

Weekend stay for baseball tournament

Wonderful all the way around. QUIET neighborhood. I took long walks and felt super safe. Newly built home with all updated appliances. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts were great and very accommodating. Private back yard borders a tree line, and a field behind the tree line. Tall fences blocked view from neighbors. I would definitely stay again.

Clean, well-appointed house in a family-oriented subdivision. Kiril was gracious and communicative. Six of us stayed in the house comfortably. We recommend this VRBO house!

Property is super nice. Good and clean neighborhood. I like the garage open to us to put cars in. Not far from anything maybe 10 min tops. They have an expresso machine for you to use with directions that I thought was super cute.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It is a peaceful quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for evening strolls. 15 minutes from hospitals, grocery stores etc. Closest gas station is less than 4 minutes away. Interstate is same distance. Awesome Mexican food right next to gas station.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Private back yard/fenced. Arcade game in living room and open concept. Feels Homy and comfortable. Full garage available for parking. Close to interstate, airport, gas station. Within 10 minutes to grocery stores, Target, Walmart etc. 15 minutes to all 3 Hospitals.
