Dream Come True est une charmante villa en front de mer située à une vingtaine de mètres au-dessus des Caraïbes dans une crique tranquille et pittoresque connue sous le nom de Devers Bay, sur la rive sud de John dans Chocolate Hole. Seule une poignée de maisons sur cette baie lui a permis de conserver sa beauté naturelle, sa sérénité et son intimité. Les eaux chaudes ci-dessous sont accessibles par des marches progressives en béton avec des balustrades et les eaux offrent de nombreuses aventures de plongée en apnée, des possibilités de baignade et des promenades sur la plage. Dream Come True se caractérise par ses vues époustouflantes sur l'océan depuis toutes les pièces et toutes les pièces. Le rodage des douces vagues améliore l'expérience de relaxation. Les boutiques, les restaurants et la vie nocturne de Cruz Bay ne se trouvent qu’à 5 km sur des routes pavées.

Deux chambres principales, chacune avec une salle de bain privée, et des douches extérieures se trouvent au premier niveau avec la cuisine, la grande salle et la salle d'eau. La troisième chambre principale a les mêmes vues sur l'océan et les mêmes dimensions que les deux autres maîtres. Il a sa propre salle de bain et terrasse privée, et une douche intérieure. Toutes les chambres ont des sols carrelés et l'extérieur est délimité par des murs de pierre indigènes. Pour assurer l'intimité, la piscine toujours chaude, le bain à remous et la terrasse sont situés à l'étage supérieur et ont été placés à l'extrémité ouest de la villa, tandis que les chambres à coucher sont à l'extrémité est afin de garantir l'intimité et la tranquillité chambres à coucher. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées. Il y a deux coffres-forts pour les objets de valeur.

Internet haut débit, Wi-Fi et deux chaînes stéréo avec connectivité iPod sont fournis. Il y a des jumelles pour observer la nature et des glacières, des chaises de sable et des serviettes de plage pour les excursions sur les autres plages. Il y a une télévision par câble à grand écran et un lecteur DVD.
Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et des portes coulissantes en verre pour assurer une vue parfaite sur l'océan depuis chaque chambre.

Curtis was great. Met us at our car rental. Gave us a tour and small issues that popped up he took care of immediately! Beautiful view from all rooms. Not too far from town but very private. The driveway is no joke but otherwise everything was wonderful!

Great location, right on the water

Great location right on the water. Really good snorkling off the beach, which is mostly large pebbles on the SE side of St John. Overall the place was very comfortable and slept 5 of us well.

Check in was great and very communicative! The views were amazing - pictures don’t do justice. The place is nice and clean and pictures are accurate. The drive way is rough, but you’re able to get out with 4WD. The hot tub would not turn off, water drained, and didn’t get hot. I texted about it the second day and they came and fixed that day. The water got hot, but it still wouldn’t turn off and the water drained a little. (Not a huge deal but just calling it out)LOVED that there was a generator as power on the island goes out constantly. Overall, loved the house!

Dreams Came True!

Wonderful property and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the views, pool and walks to rocky beach. Sunsets are incredible. Proximity to Cruz Bay restaurants and markets are easy. One note: Jeeps need to be in 4 wheel drive on the driveway and we parked our 2nd on the top of the driveway to make it easier. Would stay there again!!!

Great week

Property was lovely and the pool was a huge bonus. The hurricane that came through prior to our arrival damaged two of the AC units, but they had them replaced quite quickly and life was much better. Very pleasant owners to work with. The driveway is not for the faint of heart! We were in a Jeep and it struggled. A Subaru would have handled it just fine. Beach is great for combing and the snorkeling there was beautiful.

Beautiful Setting/relaxing atmosphere

We stayed at Dream Come True in Sept of 2021. We were greeted by Curtis, who was professional and friendly as he escorted us to the beautiful villa and provided suggestions for a fantastic experience on the island. The villa was well appointed and very clean. The view was amazing. Snorkeling off the bay was nice. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Recommend Salt Pond and Water Lemon cay for best snorkeling views. Only caution is be weary of the driveway. Short-wheelbase four-wheel drive vehicle necessary.

Relaxing villa right on the Caribbean

The location and views from this home are outstanding. The home itself is dated but clean. Main areas are not air condition but each bedroom has an AC unit. The pool and hot tub are nice. We experienced a lot of ants on the pool deck which was a bit annoying. The rocky beach below is very nice but not easy for getting in the water and the waters are rough most of the time. The check in process was not well communicated by the property management company. But once we got there the experience was just what we needed. St John is always a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Island Home on Private Bay ( Outstanding Views )

My husband and I feel in love with this home when we first visited the Island in 2006. We have returned to this home every year since then. This is a perfectly appointed 3 bedroom home. The owners have done a superb job with attention to detail in every room. Every room has wonderful open views of the bay and the ocean. The location of this home on the bay is also wonderful as you are situated just right, not too high or too low. The main deck and the walking decks all provide open views of the bay. The private beach is peaceful and secluded. The location to town is just a few minutes away so you are close to the main town on the Island, Cruz Bay and the grocery store. We have days that we do not leave the house. With the perfect size salt water pool and hot tub and access to the ocean for snorkeling there is no reason too. If you are looking for the perfect home on the perfect Island, Dream Come True is the property for you.

Very nice villa

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Dream Come Through. The water (in winter) is a bit too rough to snorkel and hard to get in with the waves and coral, but we still enjoyed the sound, beach combing and the sunsets. The pool is not very big, more a dip pool than a swim pool, but it nevertheless felt great. We only used the jacuzzi once as we didn't feel like using it given the warm weather. The steep driveway is a bit scary the first couple of times, but we got the hang of it. The kitchen and rooms were very clean, pleasant, and well equipped.

Family Vacation

My husband and I and our 4 kids (ages 5-15) just returned from a week-long stay at Dream Come True. The good things about this house: The privacy is amazing!! We only saw 2 other people on the beach the entire time we were there. The bedrooms all have beautiful views. The pool and hot tub are nice, as well as the pool floats. Our kids LOVED all the iguanas hanging out in the trees right by the house and enjoyed feeding them every day. The outdoor showers were nice and offered plenty of privacy. The beds were comfortable. Curtis met us when we arrived at the fairy dock and he was very helpful, showed us to the house, and explained everything once we got there. The average things about this house: The furnishings are dated and it would benefit from being updated. The great room and kitchen got very hot by dinnertime, even with all the screen doors open and the ceiling fans going. Would have been nice to have had a king size bed. The air conditioner in the downstairs bedroom quit working the last day we were there. The beach is rocky and the water is not calm, so we only snorkeled here one day and our kids never played in the water here or on the beach, so we probably should not have paid the extra money for an ocean front home. We did have a fabulous week on our 3rd visit to this wonderful island. Just hope they get some rain soon as they are in the middle of a terrible drought!

Perfect St. John Rental!

I can't say enough about DCT to adequately describe our stay there. We had a fantastic time using this great villa as our "home base." We loved the location because not only were we within easy driving distance to shops, grocery stores and restaurants, but we were right on a fairly private beach (hard to find in St. John). The management company was very easy to work with and they answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. They also provided "greeters" to meet us at the ferry dock, with our Jeep rental, to ensure we made it to the house with no problems. They even provided beach chairs and coolers to take with us to the other beaches (no beach umbrella could be found but hopefully next time). The home comes with washer/dryer, full kitchen (one with a beautiful view of the water just outside), in-room safes, outside showers (loved those), a gas grill, pool and hot tub. The only things I would mention is that you take note that all the bedrooms are accessed from the outside (something to consider if you have small children) and the beach is a rock beach not a sandy beach (but was great for snorkeling if you watch out for the sea urchins). All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recomend Dreams Come True to anyone looking for a St. John villa rental, especially if they are looking for one on the water and close to Cruz Bay. The amenities are great, the view is fantastic and the value can't be beat.

Paradise on Earth

If ever there was a dream come true, this is it! I loved so many things about this place, beginning with location, location, location. To have your own private bay for swimming and snorkeling is priceless. The fish here are plentiful and colorful, and you don’t have to bump into tourists to enjoy the crystalline blue water. It’s just so peaceful and beautiful. The house is light, airy, comfortable, exquisitely decorated, well equipped. We especially loved the Jacuzzi and swimming pool overlooking the bay and the outdoor showers with natural rock make you feel like you’re in a lagoon in a jungle. The long balcony running alongside the bedrooms are the perfect place for sitting in a chair to enjoy the breathless sunsets on the water’s horizon. Although the villa is in its own cove, it's still close to town, either by a long walk or short drive. We definitely plan on coming back every year. Thank you for letting us spend some time in your paradise on earth.

Dream Come True

We just stayed at Dream Come True and found the villa to be exceptional, and well beyond our expectations. Having never been to St. John we chose Dream Come True because our friends stayed there and loved everything about it. The accessibility into town, beach area, shopping, restaurants, was perfect for us. The villa is very clean, user friendly and comfortable. With this being a girls vacation I was the dedicated driver and chose to back down into the drive way every time we went back to the villa. The drive way is somewhat steep, but I felt the switchbacks along the north shore on our way to the National Park Beaches were much worse to maneuver. If you have one vehicle you can drive down into the driveway and turnaround for easy departure back out. I chose to back down and I was very comfortable doing it. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a comfortable, easily accessible villa with amenities galore to make their vacation the best ever. We are booking it again for next year. Whether you rent this villa or any other villa a 4 wheel drive is necessary just to drive into the National Park beaches.

very private

This is a pretty nice villa, but the driveway is a hair raising experience. You definitely need a Jeep, a basic SUV 4wd vehicle may be ok but the transition at the top of the driveway to the road is very sharp requires the high ground clearance that Jeeps provide. Also I recommend that you take the extra damage insurance especially if you do not have off-road experience because one wrong move descending the drive way will have you against a stone wall with damage to your vehicle. The pictures provided do not give an accurate feel for the steep grade of the driveway, we used 4wd low range going up and down every time to control our vehicle and when the driveway is wet, it is particularly dangerous. Other than that, the house was very nice, clean and well equipped. Just a note, It is difficult to get a good wireless connection from the upstairs corner bedroom. We have stayed at numerous villas on St. John and have had issues with ants in all of them except this one so that is a positive.

Amazing and Private Location- Awesome snorkeling, beautiful home!

My husband and I, along with my parents, spent nine days at the Dream Come True Villa at Devers Bay. It was phenomenal. Two of the master bedrooms we stayed in had outdoor showers- I felt completely immersed in paradise. The pool, patio, balconies, and grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. We loved seeing the iguanas every day! The decor in the house is mostly updated and all the rooms were very inviting. My favorite part of the entire house is its proximity to the beach. Just a short walk down your own private stairs leads you down to the rock beach. To the right (towards Chocolate Hole) has fantastic snorkeling. Our views while swimming, dining, and relaxing on the balconies were wonderful every day. It's a ten minute drive from the house to the hub of the island, Cruz Bay. The driveway, although short in comparison to many others here, is a bit intimidating (steep), but easily managed with four wheel drive. We snorkeled at our beach almost every day and went to other beaches early in the morning before the crowds- our trip was outstanding in every way. The management company is fabulous and makes sure you're well taken care of and the grocery is only a five minute drive. There is air conditioning only in the bedrooms, but we found we didn't need it anywhere else. The only TV is in the main living area, but why on earth would you want to watch TV in paradise? I would and will definitely return to Dream Come True in the future. The owners' Dream Come True was ours as well :-)

Fabulous vacation home on St. John

This is our first visit to St. John. I am here now listening to the waves and looking out at the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The house is well-appointed and beautifully decorated. Being the owner of a vacation rental home myself, i appreciate the details to guest comforts which the owners have taken. We have enjoyed snorkeling in the bay, swimming in the pool, luxurious outdoor showers, and the tranquility of the nature in this special place. We had a great time on a Bad Kitty catamaran tour to other islands in BVI, but we also have enjoyed days where we never left this awesome spot. The Internet has also been very reliable...useful for posting this review! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Home and Location with Breathtaking Views. We would definitely stay here again.

The listing description of this property is more than accurate. We were so happy with this beautiful Villa and the photos did accurately reflect this property, acutally it is so much more beautiful in person. The home is located in the center of a very private bay and breathtaking views of the ocean and other islands can be seen from all rooms and deck and pool area. This Villa is very tastefully decorated and has been well cared for and maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, the great room and all the bedrooms are all comfortable and also provide you with everything you need. The salt water pool and hot tub also provide the spectacular views while you are in them. The pool water was always a very comfortable temperature. The location of this home is perfect as you are high enough to enjoy the comfortable ocean breezes, but low enough to walk just a few stairs down to the private bay of the ocean and it is shared by only a few other homes. We hardly ever saw anyone on the private beach while we were there. The ocean water is warm and the snorkeling was great in the bay. The owner did leave a very helpful book of tips for naviagating your way around the home and the Island. It is centrally located to downtown Cruz Bay and many of the beaches and attractions and restaurants are very short drive from this property. We really enjoyed visiting Trunk Bay and the snorkeling is spectacular there as well. The restaurants we would recommend would be the Lime Inn and Margarita Phils. Although many of the restaurants were good. Ronnie's Pizza was great for ordering in. My husband and I had a wonderful time and will definitely plan on staying here again in the future.
