Cette belle propriété est située au sommet de la montagne de Bordeaux. Toutes les routes pavées et entrée facile dans l'allée et la propriété. L'architecture est un mélange de Caraïbes et de Méditerranée avec des cours de style Nouvelle-Orléans. Des plantes tropicales et des espaces de jardin accueillants entourent la propriété.

La maison a été entiÚrement rénovée et terminée en février 2019. La piscine et le bain à remous ont une vue imprenable. La grande salle à l'étage est un endroit idéal pour se réunir et dispose d'une télévision connectée de 70 pouces. Nouvelle cuisine 2019.

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay on St. John - There are not enough words to describe Alta Vista - from the location, the views, the comfort and the amenities, truly a one of a kind stay.

The home was beautiful. The views were outstanding. The pool was great. However we were very disappointed that the hot tub did not work nor either fireplace. One of the reasons we picked Alta Vista was the hot tub. We have either a bad back or bad knees. With the snorkeling, the hot tub would have made our life easier.

Comfort, serenity, beauty, and awe.

Alta Vista was one of the most amazing VRBO properties we've ever booked. The view was absolutely spectacular... awe-inspiring! We had everything we needed to enjoy the magic of St. John. We were personally greeted by the property manager, who gave us wonderful advice for activities on the island. We could not have wished for more. We shall return.

Worth the drive

Beautiful property! A bit of a drive to get there but it’s well worth it. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. Nice breeze and fantastic views add to the experience. Management team was responsive and helpful. Would definitely go back!

Stunning home with a million dollar view. The house is stocked with everything you might need. Beach closet has a cooler, pool noodles, and beach games. Rooms had nice big beach bags that were so helpful for the beach. Air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and the property managers are very responsive to questions. Will only stay here if we are fortunate enough to come back to St. John in the future!

Wow!

All I heard all week from family was “wow! This place is nice”. The views, the comforts, the amenities (pool, hot tub) were essentially all we needed. If the island wasn’t so beautiful we may have never left. The property managers were very helpful meeting us and leading us to the house. The location is fabulous for visiting all the beaches. And, Coral Bay is close for fresh seafood and basic groceries.

Lovely property with breathtaking views. People can have private spaces with the 3 bedroom options. The pool is chilly. The hot tub is divine. A 4 wheel drive Jeep is a must.

Best Vacation Ever!

My husband and I stayed for a week celebrating our 25 year wedding anniversary. We had been to St. John once before and stayed near Cruz Bay, but we were in awe of the amazing views at Alta Vista and will definitely come back. The house was absolutely beautiful, really perfect, private, and everything we were dreaming of. We really enjoyed the sunset every night, the breathtaking views every day, and the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen was well appointed and we had the best time. We can't wait to come back!

Nice location for all island access

An overlooked and delightful feature of this property is ability to hike from the villa down Bodeaux Mtn Rd to Bordeaux Mt Trail directly to little Lameshur Bay Beach, perhaps the most remote beach on the island.

Absolutely Amazing

This property is absolutely amazing! The views are spectacular. The layout is outstanding for adult kids. Everyone has their own space. The property management is fantastic. Any questions or concerns I had was answered promptly. Even if it was just questions about the island. We will be back!

This was the perfect place to relax in piece and quiet. You are close enough to drive anywhere you want to go to snorkel, check out Cruz Bay or grab something to eat. I would recommend staying here without a doubt. Stop searching and book this house.

So many frogs!!!

Alta Vista is an amazing property atop Bordeaux Mountain with views of Coral Bay and the BVI. Even after the island’s brush with the storm Ernesto, the property was clean and ready for visitors. The drive up the mountain is well worth the drive and the anxiety from such narrow lanes.

Gorgeous views

We had a wonderful week at Alta Vista. The house is clean and well appointed with everything we needed for the beach as well as for lazy days at the villa. The views are absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the sunset every evening off the deck. This is the perfect villa for 2 or 3 couples because of the spacious, comfortable rooms and privacy.

Alta Vista = Holiday Happiness

We have traveled to St.John multiple times. This is by far the best property we have stayed in. The layout of the house was perfect for my adult kids and my wife and I. The views in the morning are breathtaking and hot tub tub at night was spectacular. We had James Miller as the property manager in a past stay and he was accommodating as usual. We already made plans to revisit next year.

Amazing vacation

We loved this property it is everything they say and more. You don’t need anything and the house is perfect in every way. Comfortable, beautiful and the views are amazing! Check in was easy and Eric answered all of our questions. The outdoor space is so incredible. We had two couples and it was perfect. The area is quiet and relaxing. Honeymoon

My wife and I recently traveled to St John and we were so happy we ended up at Alta Vista. The pictures don’t even come close to how beautiful this house is and the views at the property were breathtaking. The company that mages the property (Eric and Beth, especially) were beyond helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and gave us plenty of great recommendations as far as where to go what to do. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. As beautiful as St John is it was hard to leave the house everyday but so nice coming back to. We can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous view. Cool breezes.

Weve stayed in several high-end villas on St John. This compares fairly well. Nice 6 stroke pool. 2 private bedrooms, 3rd very adjacent to kitchen. Common room and opimum views up one flight. All kitchen tools high quality on premises. Nice. Paved road in entire distance. Well located for North Shore beaches and Coral Bay. Walk to great hike 1 hour down Bordeaux Trail to Little Lameshur Bay swimming. For perfectionists, interior space flow and relationship among rooms not ideal. Suggestion, replace concrete railings with stainless wire etc to dramatically improve view at both levels. But ... overall experience is superb.

Absolutely Stunning

My family stayed at Alta Vista for 1 week - we had a family wedding to attend on Trunk Bay. The entire wedding party and wedding guests all stayed in/near Cruz Bay. I am so glad we decided to be a little more adventurous and stay on Bordeaux Mountain with views of Coral Bay! During the day, we traveled to nearly every part of the coast on St John followed by a nice and calm retreat at Alta Vista. The sunrises, the sunsets, the views went on forever. Not to mention the wonderful amenities at this beautiful home! My mother and father-in law came out to BBQ with us one of the evenings and they could not stop oooh-ing and ahhhh-ing over our lovely home, followed by a "umm, you're not coming over to see our place in Cruz Bay". Staying at Alta Vista was extremely relaxing and it helped us enjoy our vacation even more. Per my husband, "this was the best vacation he's ever had". We definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on St John. Thanks for helping us make memories to last a lifetime!
