The villa

Villa Savoia is a spacious panoramic villa set over three levels, surrounded by greenery in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula. Designed with families and group travellers in mind, it offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces where everyone can relax together while still enjoying privacy.

One of the villa’s strongest features is its outdoor living. Guests can enjoy multiple terraces with stunning views over the sea and Mount Vesuvius, a private fully enclosed garden ideal for children, and a shaded outdoor dining area with barbecue, perfect for long lunches and relaxed evenings at home.

The setting is quiet and rural, yet extremely convenient. The centre of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi is just 5 minutes by car, known for its excellent restaurants and authentic village atmosphere, while Sorrento is around 20 minutes away, offering beaches, shopping, ferries to Capri and rail connections to Pompeii.

Interiors

The villa covers approximately 150 m² and features bright, welcoming interiors in traditional Amalfi Coast style, with ceramic floors and classic furnishings. The main living room and fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor, creating a comfortable shared space for family life and group stays. A guest bathroom is also available on this level.

For added comfort, all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, making the villa especially suitable for large families or multiple families travelling together. The lower-floor bedrooms are accessed directly from the garden, offering extra independence and quiet.

Access information

Access to the villa is via a narrow private road, suitable for vehicles up to an 8-seater minivan (a smaller car is recommended). From the parking area, 20 steps lead to the main entrance. A separate staircase leads down to the garden and the lower-floor bedrooms.
