Looking for a cozy condo that’s a short walk to Breck’s Peak 9 base area and Main Street? How about access to hot tubs, a pool, a sauna and laundry facilities just outside the door? If your mountain getaways include serious mountain adventures followed by serious relaxation, you’ve found the right place!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo accommodates groups of up to four people 
 and it’s less than 250 yards to the slopes! In the living area, you’ll enjoy plenty of seating around the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up tasty mountain meals and aprùs-ski snacks. There’s seating for four at the dining table and room for two at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Awesome Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is the perfect size for two people. Walkable to the ski lift or downtown. Next to the hot tub/pool. The inside has been renovated with a modern feel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit worked well for us for 3 nights over spring break. It was ready on time and very tidy when we arrived. It's directly across from the swimming pool and hot tubs and also a close walk to the ski lifts. The bug in the master bedroom was comfortable, as was the fold-out bed in the living room. No complaints!

Good but needs better description as a basement unit

The condo was great. Everything worked, was clean, and well equipped. However, there should be a more accurate description of the unit. It is a basement unit. There are 2 large windows (one in the bedroom, another in the living area). Both windows face a concrete wall that covers 80% of the view. Basically you can tell if it is day or night looking out of them - not much more. There is another small window that faces another concrete wall but only about 60%. If you stand in the right spot, you can see a sidewalk and a bit of the sky. It was OK but I wish it was better described or more accurate pictures were taken (the two pictures showing the small window happen to be taken from the "right spot". All in all, a good unit but the lack of view should not be a surprise.
