The Space:

Settle into a straightforward, comfortable studio setup ideal for a couple, small family, or a few friends. The open-plan living/sleeping area includes a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, plus a full bathroom. When you’re not out on the mountain or exploring downtown, take advantage of on-site community perks at the Village at Breckenridge, including an indoor/outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, fitness room, and game room. WiFi is provided, and on-site paid garage parking may be available for one vehicle (see Important Things to Note).

• Prime location: about a 5-minute walk to the Peak 9 base/Quicksilver SuperChair and Ski & Ride School.

• Mountain-town convenience: stroll to Maggie Pond for mountain-view photos, Blue River Plaza and the Riverwalk, and the Village/Main Street Station plazas for seasonal events.

• Walk to Main Street shops, cafés, restaurants, and ice cream—no car required for a great day out.

Important Things to Note

• Occupancy: The maximum guest count includes children and infants.

• Parking: Very limited and not guaranteed. If available, a maximum of one paid spot in the on-site garage is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Our team will reach out within 24 hours of booking to confirm availability. If parking is unavailable or you don’t need it, the parking fee will be refunded within 24 hours of check-in. No additional on-site parking beyond what’s described.

• App-based entry: This property requires the Village at Breckenridge app to access the condo, parking, and complex amenities. Please download it before arrival; additional instructions will be provided prior to your stay.

• Communal amenities: The Village at Breckenridge offers a shared indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs (typically open 10:00 AM–10:00 PM), a game room, and a fitness room. Amenities are managed by the building; hours and availability may vary.

• Stairs/Elevator: The building has an elevator operated by building management. If the elevator is unavailable due to maintenance or outage, stairs will be required.

• WiFi: Provided; however, due to Breckenridge’s mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
