Sit on porch and watch the sunrise and sunset or stay in and cozy up next to fire. Bonfire next to the lake, shallow water for kids swimming.
We have a 50 horse pontoon for rent, 300 a day.
After you’re all done swimming go relax in the hot tub on the deck.
There is a 6 person golf cart with Bluetooth for rent which is 50 a day.

Our overall impression of the property was disappointing. While the amenities such as the boat and hot tub were appealing and were the main highlights of the stay, the condition of the home did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the house appeared unclean, with hair in the sinks and showers, dirty countertops and refrigerator surfaces, and a strong odor in several rooms. We felt uncomfortable walking barefoot throughout the home and ended up purchasing cleaning supplies and replacement sheets before settling in.The hot tub was a nice amenity in theory, but it was also noticeably dirty and did not appear to have been properly maintained.The location and amenities have potential, but the cleanliness, accuracy of the listing, and overall upkeep significantly impacted our experience.

This review is total BS!!! 1. we left our house vey clean, I made sure there was no hair anywhere. 2. all the bedding was washed the night before, hung out to dry and made that morning, which you came a day early and did not pay for!! There was extra sheets, blankets and pillows through out the house. Maybe i left a crumb removing the pizza out of the fridge, sorry about that!! 3. no payment on the boat which was used, so all of this is a crock to get out of paying for that which you ruined for everyone else. now what they did to out property.... blinds in the jacuzzi tub room, ruined! Red spray paint on our lawn, dog food scattered through out the house, like just poured on the kitchen rug! curtains tore down, plastic spoons in the hot tub filter, over flowing garbage in the kitchen, which you had about 18 people over, the neighbors were not happy. So, what should have taken 6-8 hours cleaning was our whole fathers day fixing the house you destroyed, would never rent to you again!!

Great location!

Nice property in a safe & quiet neighborhood. Wonderful lake access as well as quick trip to Lake Huron beaches. Owner was very easy to work with.

Team bonding

Stayed in the area with our varsity basketball team. Enjoyed the lake and the quiet neighborhood.. The house fit our needs, and was easy to check in and out!

Weekend Getaway

Great location on Cedar Lake. Our group had a great time even though the weather didn’t cooperate for us. Host was easy to contact with questions, everything was ready for us when we arrived. House was nice and comfortable for our group to enjoy. The pontoon & golf cart were a huge plus!!! Thank you

This property is in a good location but was not ready for guest. It had all of the owners personal things in every corner including their refrigerator. The property was Not cleaned and the number of bedrooms ready for use was a false. 5th bedroom did not even have a bed and the basement game room had water all on the floor. The bathrooms where disgusting with hair in the sink and bath tubs ,No guest stay instructions on how to prepare the garbage for disposal after stay. The extra bed sheets that where left on the side stunk to high heavon and could not be used!!! We left the property cleaner than what we got it!!! Would not book a stay here again!!!

Disappointing, dirty, and run down. When we arrived, the house wasn’t ready, there were two dogs inside; we called the owner and said she thought we weren’t coming until the next day. She came and cleaned for maybe 30 minutes, but the place was still very dirty. The sinks, rugs, walls, and fridge hadn’t been cleaned not to mention many other things we washed our own bedding before we would use it.The house itself was in rough shape. Door knobs were falling off, holes in the deck, disguised by with rugs, portable AC units with plastic bags shoved in the window. One bedroom was really just a nook off another bedroom with a blowup mattress. It should have been listed as a four bedroom not five.The only positives were the outdoor space, the hot tub was really nice and so was the lake. We enjoyed the boat even though the stereo was broken. One of the docks was broken, and the owners did not let us know until the second day, which is a huge safety issue. Once we got there the owners were friendly and responsive, but before we got there, communication through the app would take days. There were no manuals, no hand soap, no high hand towels. If we had other options, we wouldn’t have stayed. I highly recommend choosing a different Rental.

You are taking pics of under the porch outside? Don't know how that has relevance to the main house unless you are just looking to bash someone on this sight. We put the portable air conditioners in to make people more comfortable, which I am sure you used. And the bedding is all clean, I do that myself just to make sure, If you were not happy with it by all means, wash them again. The portable vacuum in the window was charging I cant see how that was in your way, and the tear in the chair is from a puppy, it is a pet friendly house which apparently you are not pet friendly. Sorry you had a horrible stay
