This charming two-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom plus den and game room comfortably sleeps 10 guests (Max of 6 adults) and boasts a private driveway with ample boat parking.

Step inside to discover a spacious game room equipped with ping pong and foosball tables, a 65" TV, and fast internet for seamless streaming. Open the sliding glass door to the large covered patio, complete with a gas fire pit and a soothing hot tub, inviting you to unwind amidst nature's embrace.

The main level features a cozy living room with a 75" TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, while the fully-equipped kitchen beckons with its new appliances and expansive wrap-around deck, perfect for enjoying sunrise breakfasts or sunset dinners.

Set in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Shasta, this home is is spacious & comfortable. It really is a home away from home. Easy communication with Host. I am looking forward to a future booking.

Perfect location at a cozy cabin!

We celebrated my 35th birthday at this perfectly located cabin with 9 people and it was great! AC worked well, fully stocked with everything we needed, and about a 2 minute drive from Sugarloaf Resort. Would love to come back in the future!

Nice comfortable place to stay

This is our fourth time renting this house. It’s comfortable, clean and has pretty much everything you need. Lots of rules but I guess some people need to have that clearly stated, but most of the rules are we consider common courtesy. Would stay there again.

Great once again

This is the second time staying at this property, and both times its been great. The game room is great, the house is roomy, and the distance to the lake is perfect for what we are always looking for. Check in was easy, house was clean, I would stay here over and over again.

Amazing Trip

Stayed at the memory maker home for around 5 nights and had a great time, it is within easy walking distance of the lake and the house is well taken care of. If we had any issues we got an immediate response once they were reported and they did whatever they could to ensure we had a good stay. Would definitely stay there again 10/10

Awesome Trip!

We had an amazing time at retreat #12! The game room and hot tub were the highlights of the house for us - even with the weather in the upper 90's, we still managed to use the hot tub in the late evenings to help recuperate sore muscles after full days on the water. The back deck with the BBQ and table were perfect for grilling, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, the bedrooms were comfortable and the AC worked great. The communication with the host was super easy, stress free, and they were very thorough with all information needed well in advance. We have already re-booked for next year, although in a retreat on the water for next time :-) and we can't wait to be back!!!

Thanksgiving

With over two decades of cherished family memories at Shasta Lake, we, David and Lori, came to regard Shasta Lake as the highlight of our summers. It's a place where families can bond, and where the range of activities appeals to every age group, making it the perfect spot for a family getaway.

Our love for Shasta Lake runs deep, leading us to make a life-changing decision in 2015 when we purchased our first lakefront home, known as Shasta Lakeshore Retreat #1. The incredible experiences we had here were simply too good not to share and we knew our houseboat days were over after staying in this home.

A year later, we acquired the property next door, now known as Shasta Lakeshore Retreat #2, bolstered by the popularity of our first home, which had become a year-round favorite.

In 2019, our two grown sons also fell in love with this wonderful place, prompting them to buy a home on the same charming street, christened as Shasta Lakeshore Retreat #3. They entrusted us with its management, a responsibility we take to heart. All three homes required significant investment and remodeling as they had been neglected for years.

After many requests from dear friends and neighbors, in 2021 we started managing other properties, which further enriched our collection. Although we only own two of them, today, we proudly represent 19 remarkable homes, each carefully selected for its unique charm, quality, and comfort. We firmly believe that an extraordinary home is the foundation of an unforgettable getaway, and we want nothing less than perfection for our valued guests.

Our journey doesn't end here; it's an ongoing adventure inspired by our passion for Shasta & the surrounding areas. We are committed to carefully expanding our offerings, reviewing additional unique homes to provide more options for all the wonderful families that come to visit this recreational area year after year providing them a much needed lodging option.
