A 3 bed, 1 bath (can sleep up to 8+, please inquire) beautiful home, w/ a patio, porch swing and all amenities you need for a relaxing trip. Equip with kid friendly amenities, (like pack & play, gate, outlet covers and kids dishwater) & furry friends are welcome with extra costs depending on the number of pups (Note: yard not fenced at this time). NO CATS.

The space
Margaux’s Manor is an adorable cottage home in the heart of Aksarben. It's located in a quiet residential area just a few blocks away from a popular commercial district that has lot's of retail, a park, running and biking trail and many restaurants. Including a new food hall with local vendors and plenty of outdoor seating.

This charming home has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It has a fully stocked custom kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with enough beds to sleep 6. The living room has a fold down couch that could sleep another 2 guests. The upstairs bedroom is large enough or a pack and play for small children, a blow up mattress and has an extra sitting area with a couch. The space upstairs is private with its own door at the bottom of the stairs. The beds are new and the house is recently, newly furnished. There is a basement for laundry access only. It's also a great place for dog crates if you're traveling with your furry life partners!

The local art and details in this space are like none other, sleep in luxury, relax in style!

KID FRIENDLY: This is a very kid friendly space. The owner have most outlets covered, left tons of games, toys, pack and play, baby gate and much more (see photos for details) making it easy for you to have a home away from home on your vacation. Yard is not fenced in. Note that there are lots of decorations/breakables and stairs at this home so it is more kid friendly for older children but infants and toddlers would be great here if supervised!

PET INFO: Inquire for pets we have limits on number of pets and no cats and any fees applied ($100 per pet per stay). NO dogs in the upstairs carpeted area. This will be easy since that attic space bedroom has a door at the bottom of the stairs.

OUTDOOR: Great walkable location to parks, trails, etc. Only a short drive to outdoor dining and shopping/movie districts with tons of entertainment.

The location is convenient to many popular neighborhoods in the Omaha area. for example, the Old Market, Blackstone District, & Midtown. Minutes away from UNMC, Creighton, Shopping, restaurant, the Convention Center & Zoo.

Guest access
The front door, keyless entry, is located inside the screened in front porch. There is a driveway on the northside of the property to park at least one car. If you have more vehicles, street parking is available.
