Ce Front Condo Ocean est 10 pas du sable et Ă  quelques pas de Belmont Park oĂč vous pouvez profiter de l'ambiance et restaurants carnaval. Les portes coulissantes en verre ouvert Ă  la vue sur l'ocĂ©an et la brise. Louer Boogie Boards Ă  surfer sur les vagues, des vĂ©los pour rouler le long de la plage ou profiter du bar en plein air et barbecue au Wavehouse ou la grande cuisine et l'ambiance au projet. Ce studio peut accueillir quatre personnes avec une cuisine, barbecue, Wifi, TV par cĂąble, DVD, Bose Sound System avec entrĂ©e auxiliaire et Hammam Douche entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Was wonderful on mission Beach. Had a nice outdoor space with tables you could sit and play cards, lounge chair, and barbecue grills to cook with if so desired. Everything was clean and supplied for you. Also everything was within walking distance or close. Loved the Sandbar. Will answered me very quickly when I had questions. A great stay!

Beautiful beach house ocean view large window sliding door able to hear ocean from room. Very clean. Perfect location between mission and pacific beach less traffic on the boardwalk

Nice location right on the beach with a BBQ grill and shared outdoor space. Also came with a parking spot, very helpful for this busy area. Everything you need for 2 people to be comfortable, would highly recommend.

The location was beyond perfect! It is literally right on the beach. We walked over to the beach everyday with just our bare feet! The condo is small. There was four of us and once my sons get a bit bigger it will be too small for us but it was perfect at this point. The condo is stocked with everything you need. We cooked breakfast and lunch there and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, boogie board and sand toys we awesome so we didn’t have to rent anything. Would absolutely book this place again.

Not my kind of neighborhood

The property is pretty much as listed on the vrbo site. However you are in the middle of everything. I didn't realize how exposed you are with the shades open and people are everywhere. It seemed like one big party every place you looked. My wife and I are older and we definitely did not fit in. We were at least 20 years older than everyone else. After 5 minutes we decided that the place was not for us and started looking for alternate accommodations. I contacted Will, the host, to let him know our dilemma and to see if he could refund at least part of our rent. He asked if he could think on it, but then never got back with us, so we were out the entire 4 nights rent. It looks like a fun spot if you are 25 years old and want to party on the beach all night long.

Beautiful views!!

We had a great time, location is perfect and is fully stocked with everything you might need for inside and the beach. We had to make a few alterations to make it toddler friendly as all flooring is marble and doors are big and glass, Other then that we all had a great time.

Relaxing and perfect

This studio was perfect for me and my daughter. You are right on the boardwalk and you can see the ocean laying in the bed. Will was available and I responded to all our questions. Would love to come back here again!

Great Beach Location

We enjoyed our stay so much! This condo was ground level and one unit from the boardwalk. The pictures are totally accurate regarding the view of the ocean! It was exactly what we wanted! The condo complex has a common area, and we spent mornings there drinking coffee and watching people and dolphins! The glass doors open all the way up, making it feel bigger and like you are sitting on a luxury patio listening to the waves crashing, without feeling like you’re in a fishbowl being watched by every passerby. This was a great way to spend the afternoons. The condo was set up very well - comfortable bed, good size shower, gas stove, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. It met all of our needs. The parking spot is away from the condo, but worked well for us. We were able to load/unload our car as needed right outside the condo, then go park. There were nice touches for guests - coffee pods and snacks, as well as toiletries you might have forgotten. We would recommend this place for couples. It’s basically a studio, but has a convertible couch if needed. We will definitely stay again!

There are several problems with this property. 1) no block screen for AC unit in wondow which allowed smoke from grill to enter unit. 2) coffe pot was B&D and carafe was Mister Coffee; did not work together. 3) Lounge chairs lashed together which made it unconfortable to use. 4) Inadequate storage space. 5) Inconvient parking at a distance. 6) Cramped space for 2 people

GREAT HOST
OKAY LOCATION

This is not on the beach it’s behind a unit the “beach view” is often obstructed by people from other units. If you are a shy not social person this isn’t the place for you. There are other tenants who use the front door area as walkthroughs so lots of traffic. The AC unit is missing the plastic inserts to the window so when you use it the window is left open to allow bugs and also people to see you and inside the unit. It was hot and muggy inside unit and no screens on window or door so lots of flys. The host was super nice leaving extra snacks and waters and offering to extend stay for free. This rental would have been perfect if I was solo traveling but with the layout and location it wasn’t what it looked like online.
