Ce Front Condo Ocean est 10 pas du sable et à quelques pas de Belmont Park où vous pouvez profiter de l'ambiance et restaurants carnaval. Les portes coulissantes en verre ouvert à la vue sur l'océan et la brise. Louer Boogie Boards à surfer sur les vagues, des vélos pour rouler le long de la plage ou profiter du bar en plein air et barbecue au Wavehouse ou la grande cuisine et l'ambiance au projet. Ce studio peut accueillir quatre personnes avec une cuisine, barbecue, Wifi, TV par câble, DVD, Bose Sound System avec entrée auxiliaire et Hammam Douche entièrement équipée. Ce condo est situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville de San Diego Gas Lamp District, Sea World et Balboa Park.

Great location and very nice place. It's clearly communicated in the description but to be very clear this is a studio, so be aware. We loved it! Will was awesome and answered all of our questions quickly and clearly. The patio was convenient and we spent big parts of our day there. Some shade would have been nice but understand that patio umbrellas can sometimes go "missing" so no easy answer. Thanks for everything and we would love to come back.

It’s great to hear you enjoyed your stay. The complex is on the boardwalk and the view from inside the unit is an unobstructed view of the ocean with a table and lounge chairs on the boardwalk, only separated by a two foot wall. The pictures on the VRBO site show the unit in proximity to the boardwalk from inside the unit and the patio. If you’re interested in staying please give the photos a thorough look.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was fully furnished. The beach view was stunning. The host was responsive, but he provided great instructions so I didn’t have much need to reach out to him. It was perfect for our family of 3. I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

We needed this trip more than we realized, and this studio delivered in every way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host put real thought into making guests feel at home — the supplies were stocked with everything we actually needed, no hunting around or making do. That kind of detail makes a huge difference when you’re trying to just relax and settle in.The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to Belmont Park and steps from the beach — we spent our mornings with coffee watching the waves and our afternoons riding rides we hadn’t been on since we were kids. Mission Beach has such a unique energy, and this studio puts you right in the middle of it without any of the hassle.The place itself was spotless. Not “looks clean at first glance” clean — genuinely clean, top to bottom. You could tell it was cared for between every stay.And the host? One of the best we’ve had on Vrbo. Responsive, warm, and communicative, which made the whole trip feel smooth from check-in to check-out.We came to Mission Beach to recharge, and that’s exactly what happened. This studio earned every star, and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re on the fence, get off it — book this place.

Was wonderful on mission Beach. Had a nice outdoor space with tables you could sit and play cards, lounge chair, and barbecue grills to cook with if so desired. Everything was clean and supplied for you. Also everything was within walking distance or close. Loved the Sandbar. Will answered me very quickly when I had questions. A great stay!

Beautiful views!!

We had a great time, location is perfect and is fully stocked with everything you might need for inside and the beach. We had to make a few alterations to make it toddler friendly as all flooring is marble and doors are big and glass, Other then that we all had a great time.
