This property is delightful. There is so much to do that we wished we had no outside commitments at Tarleton State University. We would love to come back & stay longer. The kitchen was so well stocked with things we forgot to bring. It’s so big 4 of us could be working in there at once. The host was very responsive for everything. We really were very pleased with our stay.

Kevin was a great host. He immediately took care of a problem with the water heater and offered us alternatives if needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We really liked the large seating and dining room areas. More than enough room for our group! And the guys enjoyed the pool table.

This house was perfect for our girls trip to Granbury. We had plenty of room to sleep and the living room area was perfect for sitting around on the couch to visit and catch up. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed although we didn’t do any cooking. A few of us even enjoyed the pickleball court! The bathrooms were well stocked with supplies and plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We had such a great time enjoying all the amenities-from playing pickleball to spirited games of ping pong and pool. The beds were comfortable, and the house stayed cool throughout our visit, which made relaxing that much easier. There was no shortage of things to explore in town and the neighborhood itself was peaceful and quiet. We would recommend this home to families looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable getaway.
