Welcome to Rosewater Retreat, a beautifully remodeled lakefront home on the peaceful channels of Lake Granbury! Designed for comfort, style, and plenty of fun, this spacious retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Living Spaces:
Step into the airy living room where a spacious sectional sofa invites the whole group to relax. Pops of color add warmth and character, while a large-screen TV ensures cozy movie nights. Ceiling fans, blinds, and curtains throughout keep every space bright and comfortable.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully remodeled kitchen features chic open shelving, full-sized appliances, and thoughtful extras like a drip coffee maker, Keurig, and toaster. The kitchen is fully stocked for home-cooked meals, and the large dining table seats all 8 guests comfortably.

Game & Entertainment Area:
Just off the kitchen, enjoy a foosball table and fishing poles ready for lake fun. Sliding doors open to stunning water views that remind you you’re truly on vacation.


Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Master Suite: Relax in a plush king bed with extra seating, fun décor, and a remodeled en suite bathroom. The spacious closet even fits a pack ’n play for little ones.

Bedroom 2: A cozy queen bed, large closet with suitcase holders, and soft carpet create a restful escape.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and a large-screen TV make this a perfect kids’ room, or a great spot for friends on a girls’ weekend. Bedside tables with built-in outlets keep charging easy.

Shared Bathroom: Fully remodeled with fun tile, dual vanity sinks, a tub, and plenty of towels for the whole group.

Laundry & Garage
Guests have access to a full-sized washer and dryer, plus an extra fridge in the garage for drinks and snacks.


Outdoor Living
- The front yard offers shade from towering trees and plenty of parking. In the backyard, enjoy:

- Grassy space and a safe dog play pen (coming soon)

- A charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) and a propane Weber grill (propane provided)

- Outdoor dining and lounge seating

- Life-sized games for everyone to enjoy

- A solo stove fire pit (wood-burning) perfect for evening s’mores under the stars

- A private boat dock for tying up your boat (please do not touch the lift or parked boats)

- Peaceful seating by the channel to soak in the views

Grab one of the provided kayaks (stored in the garage and along the side of the home) and paddle straight from the backyard into Lake Granbury!

Pet Friendly
We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125. Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
