Very spacious home for our large group. We had a few littles so all the stairs were a bit challenging but we knew this when we booked the house. Nicely decorated, very clean and the location to shops and restaurants was very convenient.

Awesome House

House was amazing for our group of eight women. It was our annual girls trip. Location is super close to downtown and Stumpy’s. Great communication with owner. Would stay again!

Best place to stay in Granbury!

We had a mom/daughter weekend getaway staying at this beautiful house! It was 10 minutes from everything in Granbury. Wonderful communication and support from the owner. This was our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back.

The house perfectly met our needs. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and equipped kitchen for our party of 10. It was a quick visit to the area, but downtown Granbury had some cute shops if you have time to walk around!

Spacious home on the lake

Lots of space for mixing and mingling with friends. Our favorite part was the stone tanning patio/ledge located directly on the lake...beautiful, relaxing and perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Easy access to the town square shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Wonderful weekend celebration getaway

My family of 8 had a great stay. The location was perfect. The home was beautiful. My 4 year old loved the landing on the lake, we just made sure he had a life vest on at all times. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. We can’t wait to come back to Granbury - what a beautiful small town!

Bachelorette Party

We booked this house for my sisters bachelorette party and had the best time! 10 women stayed and there was plenty of room! We spend most of our time on the lake, but we also loved how close we were to restaurants and shopping. The only thing we would change is there are no mirrors down stairs, nor is there a full length mirror in the home.

Golf Weekend

We stayed 3 nights and it was plenty nice. This is an older lake house but worked for our group. Ample parking, quiet neighborhood, on the water, easy to get to and a quick 15 minute drive to Squaw Valley golf course. The downstairs bunk area accommodated our 4th couple but might have been a little cramped had it been an extended stay. Great communication with the owner.

Was ok place. Needs some sprucing up. Back area is horrible, completely overgrown. Can’t get down to the lake or hardly see the lake from house.

Pics are deceiving

I really don’t understand why this house had such glowing reviews. It was our first disappointment with VRBO.It is nicely decorated, the water was hot and the linen clean. It was well supplied to cook a full Easter dinner. I appreciated all that.It is way over priced for the condition of the property itself. I guess they get it since it sleeps a large group.

Adequate

We had 7 adults stay in this home. The house needs to be updated as the showers had mold in them and the overall house was not all that clean. There needs to be hand rails on all stairs from top to bottom not just part way. Bedrooms were fine except the bunk room on the lower floor had zero bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped.

Great Big House!

Six of us (adults) stayed at Bright n' Breezy for six nights over Thanksgiving. It was a little more rustic than we realized from the pictures, but it was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had lots of room, it was super clean, the kitchen had tons of dishes, pans, silverware, casserole dishes, etc. Each of the three floors has its own thermostat, so those of us who like it cooler for sleeping could control that. All three showers offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Manager Chuck is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely book again!
