Such a beautiful property! The stay was wonderful! We had one slight hiccup at the beginning, at no fault to the owner, and she was very responsive and took care of it right away! It was stocked so well and there were so many tiny thoughtful details that made the stay very memorable! 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful, cozy home. Convenient to EVERYTHING!!! The house was wonderfully appointed and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We will defiinitely be rebooking this home for every time we are in Daytona. The host was always available and our stay could not have been more perfect.

Great location and very clean

The name cute and cozy says it all! Every little detail made us feel very welcome. From the moment we opened the door with a gift basket at the door with mints and a basket with wine, crackers and doggy treats for our fur baby in the kitchen was truly thoughtful! The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked! I would definitely book at "cute and cozy" again!

Great property and easy check-in. Wish that the weather had been a little warmer for us to ride our motorcycles along the coast a little bit more. Other than that, the only thing I wish there had been was a little bit more description on the driveway. My pick up and trailer just barely fit in, but we made it. Excellent host. !

Wonderful!

The house is very comfortable and the host left a welcome gift and note which was really nice. Host responded promptly to all questions. Cute neighborhood, lots of holiday lights. Highly recommend!!

I bought this house in November 2022 as a second home, it's not easy to afford two houses, so I decided to put it on the short term rental market to help me sustain it! I re-modeled the primary bathroom, added a fence for privacy, all new paint, new furnishings and decor! My life savings has gone into this home! It is definitely a family getaway home, or my own little getaway too! I love it here and I have been doing my best to make it a home away from home. I also love coming to Palm Coast to enjoy the warm weather and all that this area offers with the added plus that I get to stay in my cozy and peaceful little home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Close to everything - 35 minutes from Saint Augustine, 15 minutes to the beach (Hammock Dunes), 30 minutes to Daytona and 1 hour and 30 min from Orlando and 1 hour from Jacksonville!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It's cute and its cozy! It has a fireplace - which is not very popular down south! I do have to get it working, but I plan on doing that so cozy nights in front of the fireplace during winter season can be enjoyed.
