Meet 'Close Enough,' the cozy hideaway nestled on a tranquil 5 acres. A back porch boasting “peek-a-boo” bay views that'll make your morning coffee feel fancy. Need boat parking? We've got tons of space. We're so close to the beaches of SGI and the coastal town of Apalachicola that even GPS is impressed.

The space
Charming 2 bedroom 1 &1/2 bath home newly renovated & centrally located less than 14 miles from the coastal town of Apalachicola or the beautiful beaches of St George Island. Bring your boats we have the parking.

Guest access
The home is located off of CC Land Road. Guests use the back door to enter and exit.
Other things to note
We would appreciate guests using the driveway off of CC Land to enter and exit the property.

Another year at Close Enough did not disappoint. The house is great with all of the amenities you could ask for. The bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing. I do not have a single complaint about this place. We will be back again next year.

Very nice bungalow, perfect for the two of us with a very large yard!! Quiet and private. Just close enough to everything we love about the area!! Will definitely return soon!!

Beautiful home. Perfect for a small group of people. There was three of us and it was just right. The kitchen had everything we needed. The porch was perfect for the cool mornings to enjoy our coffee. Quick access to Carrabelle, Eastpoint St. George Island and anywhere in between. Will for sure be back.

We had extended our local stay and were not able to stay in our first spot, so found this place, and were very pleased. This is a super cute little house, you could sit on the back porch and watch the bay. It was well-appointed and had plenty of coffee, kitchen utensils etc. The owner has put a lot of personal touches and art in the home, it is a really cute house. Enjoyed our stay!

"Close Enough" was perfect

The cottage was the perfect stay in Eastpoint. With a short (and scenic) drive to St. George Island where we were able to meet up with family daily, it was the best case scenario for our small party. The furnishings are lovely, well kept, clean, and cozy. We appreciated the toiletries available, that there were plenty of towels, and a well equipped kitchen with any tool we needed. Would highly recommend the Cozy Coastal Cottage and would stay again.

This is a wonderful place to unwind for a few days. It is quiet and off the main road. We did have a "glitch" while checking in (because things happen). The owner responded with in ten minutes of my text and quickly resolved the issue. It was a great stay and we will use this property again when in the Eastpoint area.
