Cadre parfait pour regarder les bateaux et la faune de la Floride. Nos clients aiment la promenade pratique pour les boutiques et restaurants du charmant centre-ville Apalachicola. La chambre principale a un lit king avec vue sur l'eau et accès au balcon. La deuxième chambre a un lit double et une salle de bain privée. Seules les étapes à des bordereaux de bateau qui peuvent être réservés par l'intermédiaire de Water Street Hotel & Marina. Piscine et accès à la salle de gym inclus!

My husband and I brought a friend with us for his first time in Apalachicola. We loved the location of this condo. It was within walking distance to everything and yet far enough away from any noise. It’s beautifully located on the creek so it was so peaceful in the morning for coffee on the balcony where we watched the sun rise. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with what we needed. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Perfect location for relaxing weekend.

Traveled to Appalachicola for a friend’s wedding. The condo is located close to all the great activities in downtown. Check in process was a breeze. Condo is clean and well furnished. The view of the river was the best.

Affordable condo in a great location and well equipped with everything we needed for a few days. Enjoyed the pool access. This unit could use some upgraded linens and a little TLC as well as good deep clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but if you are a bit more particular, it’s probably best for you to spend a little more for some upgrades elsewhere.
