La chambre principale a un lit king avec vue sur l'eau et accĂšs au balcon. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit double et une salle de bain privĂ©e. Affordable condo in a great location and well equipped with everything we needed for a few days. Enjoyed the pool access. This unit could use some upgraded linens and a little TLC as well as good deep clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but if you are a bit more particular, it’s probably best for you to spend a little more for some upgrades elsewhere.

Perfect location for relaxing weekend.

Traveled to Appalachicola for a friend’s wedding. The condo is located close to all the great activities in downtown. Check in process was a breeze. Condo is clean and well furnished. The view of the river was the best.

Forgotten Coast visit

We had a great time visiting the Forgotten Coast and this condo was in a great location, easily within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Apalachicola. The host was very responsive to text messages and we had a wonderful vacation.

We stayed with another couple for 2 nights. Great common space & expected amenities. Bathroom could use a little tlc but was clean. The screened in balcony over the rive was fantastic. Easy walk to town. Would stay again.

Just right in Apalachicola..

Clean, quiet, spacious condo with fantastic location. Just a short walk to downtown where you can shop and eat. As other reviewers have noted , the screened in back porch are a big hit. Definitely a comeback to life kinda place!
