Welcome to Lakeview Lodge on Chatuge, we have just added this fabulous townhome to our portfolio. It has been a successful vacation spot for many years and we are so thrilled that we were able to aquire this property.
We are a Lake & Mountain View Community, with a Lake Chatuge dock slip available nearby.
Maximum Occupants 4 (including all children 3+) adults 28+ and their families.
NO pets/animals or visiting pets/animals permitted on property. No exceptions. No Smoking. Short Rental Agreement sent from owner. Photo ID required. This property is not handicapped accessible.
We strongly advise purchasing Travel insurance that is offered during checkout. Contact VRBO with any questions regarding the policy. We Strictly Adhere to our cancellation policies. 100% refund if canceled 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled 14 days before arrival date.
Late check in/early checkout are nonrefundable. Any adjustments will fall under same refund policies. $25 charge for no-shows.
Holiday Cancellation Policy; Reservations including; New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day. Cancellations 30 days before arrival date will receive 100% refund. Cancellations after that point are nonrefundable.

Ride horses and mine for gems. Several area courses offer golfing and tennis. Visit the crafts fairs, shop for antiques, browse the flea markets, and enjoy the area festivals, including the Georgia Mountain Fair and Oktoberfest. Ride the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad.
