5 minute walk in ski boots to the slopes. 10 min walk to restaurants in town. Great location. Clean, functional, and well maintained but a bit dated. Would stay again.

Great location!

The condo was perfect for our short stay in Ketchum. The building is nestled in near the River Run lift area and has great access to the bike trail and an informal trail that runs along the Big Wood.

Sun Valley ski trip

Penny's is the closest to River Run. Easy 5 minute walk. Although a bit older unit it was comfortable and clean. We'd stay here again.

Well used

This property is in a wonderful location - close to town, the slopes and has a walking trail adjacent. It was great to walk our dog on this trail. The space is small, comfortable and well used so it’s age shows. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay at Pennay's at River Run

The one-bedroom plus two-bunk condo we chose was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a five-night stay with our two daughters, and our 17-pound Cavapoo. The location can't be beaten: it's a short five-minute walk to the River Run Lodge at the base of Sun Valley. Parking was plentiful. The owners were friendly and responsive. We'll stay here again.

Awesome place to stay

Location, location, location! Easy walk to River Run Lodge with on-site overnight ski storage, then just a few steps to the lifts and a cozy condo for afterwards. Everything you need to be self-sufficient in the kitchen and a super cozy king sized bed! Highly recommend! Overall, the unit was comfortable, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Finally, the property manager was very accommodating, and responses were prompt and courteous.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very average and outdated condo located a 5 minute walk to the ski resort. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was great. Everything in our unit was last updated in the late-90's early 2000's including the carpet which had much wear and tear. The fire place did not operate. The view is of the other condos and the area can get quite noisy with kids from the other units. Fortunatley, you will not be spending much time in the condo as you will be outdoors biking, hiking, or exploring the sawtooths. My wife and I booked this condo as a last minute trip but for spending nearly $1K for three nights . I would say it was not worth it we should have camped. Word of caution if you are booking through there is a pet fee but it is fairly hidden and collapsed within their fine print at checkout. Not explicitly stated and adds at least $100.
