Enjoy our apartment located on two acres on a private lane just North of Chocolate Gulch with trail access right outside the back door. The perfect location for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts alike. Whether you enjoy hiking, biking, fly fishing, nordic sking, snow shoeing, down hill skiing, this location is ideal for exploring the great outdoors.

We are 1 of just 9 lots on a private lane, the home sits on 2 acres that boarder USFS property with multiple trail access right outside the back door. There are views from every angle of the home. We are a 10 minute drive to Ketchum, Mt. Baldy and the Sun Valley Resort and 20 minute drive to Galena Lodge. The famous Harriman trail is less than a mile from our home with world class Gravel Biking and Nordic Skiing.

Our property and home have been used in photo shoots for Anthropolgie, Eddie Bauer and was featured in Luxury Homes Living magazine.

This guest house is the setting of dreams! Situated just a bit outside Ketchum proper, this property has views and quiet for days. The large and well-outfitted kitchen sits within the comfortable great room which makes for a great gathering place. The host is outstanding, responds quickly, and really strives to create a perfect experience. We hope to return, soon and often!

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was superb! The house and location was exactly what we were looking for. It’s close to downtown but far enough out to really enjoy the beauty of Ketchum. And the trail system that you can access just a short walk from the house is spectacular. My kids had a ball on the property and the owners are wonderful. We will definitely stay here again! -Abbey

This apartment was perfect for a last-minute getaway with my husband and our dog! It is located just outside of Ketchum, and is super close to skate ski trails and hiking trails. The property is quiet and provides the most beautiful stargazing at night.The interior space was thoughtfully designed to make the most of the views from every direction: north, south, east and west, to truly bring the outside in even in the winter. There are windows on every wall of the apartment, even in the bathrooms! The main room, which includes the kitchen and living area is super cozy with large double doors that provide a breathtaking view up valley. The fireplace makes the space nice & warm, especially on cold winter mornings and is easily turned on with the touch of a button.The architecture of the space is ideal for a couple or small family, with metal and wood accents and extra tall ceilings. Cooking in the well appointed kitchen was a breeze, and we really appreciated the electric tea kettle that isn’t always included in other rentals. Jami & Mark were lovely hosts & super accommodating. This is our new favorite rental property in Ketchum & we will be back again!
