Other Items to Note:
Swimming Pool Heating:
To have the swimming pool heated between September 4th and May 29th, there is a surcharge of $400 for each 3-day period, with a maximum heated temperature of 89°F. This surcharge covers the gas costs associated with heating the pool when the air temperature is cool. Payment for the surcharge must be made upfront, and a 24-hour notice is required before the desired temperature to allow sufficient time for the water to warm. Please note that we do not provide a heated water temperature greater than 89°F at any time of the year.

Hot Tub Information:
The hot tub takes approximately 30 minutes to reach its optimal temperature, and there is no extra fee for its use. If you wish to use the hot tub, kindly inform us so we can ensure it is turned on for you.

Trailers/Motorized Bikes:
If you plan to bring a trailer or motorized bikes, please inform us before making a booking.
