Beautiful, immaculate condo by the river. Mountain Jays, woodpeckers, playful chipmunks and even wild turkeys greeted us each day! Great location for our weekend getaway we will definitely be back!

The kitchen had everything anyone could need for cooking. The condo was clean and very well appointed.The only negatives were that the TV was stuck on Netflix, no other streaming services could be used. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Great stay in the perfect location. The convenience of being so close to the park was great. The home is also very close to the grocery store and downtown Estes Park. We loved having a kitchen and an outdoor grill by the river. The shower was great and the bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Halfway between Estes and RMNP. Lots of wildlife running through the property and Fall River just steps from the back door. The condo was clean and the grounds are well maintained. Definitely recommend staying here.

Cozy cabin with modernity

The gas fireplace is great, all of the things you want in a cabin but modern. 10/10 shower, solid sized televisions, nice appliances. Tucked back in a little corner, only 5 minute drive to town. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Fall River Hideaway! The condo was perfect for us—super clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The creek running outside was relaxing and very pretty. The WiFi was also reliable enough for the little bit of work I needed to do while we were there. Being on the ground level with no stairs was an added bonus, too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice, quiet place with privacy right on the river. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and adequate supplies. We saw wildlife pass by the unit every day. This place was accurately represented by the photos. Communication with host was great. Highly recommend.
