Frais, fabuleux, rez de chaussée condo avec AC dans le salon et une promenade facile à l'une des meilleures plages de Mauis. La piscine est située juste à côté de notre unité. Notre cuisine est équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz et de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas. Lit confortable et draps de qualité pour une bonne nuit de sommeil ou pour se détendre et regarder la télévision. Juste une promenade facile à la plongée en apnée, boogie board ou une promenade sur la plage pour regarder le coucher du soleil, les tortues nagent et les baleines sautent.(sérieusement je l'ai vu!) Certaines des meilleures plages pour la plongée en apnée ou le boogey sont à Charley Young et Kamaole 1. Le Surf Cove est idéal pour le surf débutant ou le paddle board et se trouve à quelques minutes à pied! Secure WiFi gratuit et câble pour ceux d'entre vous qui doivent travailler pendant leurs vacances ou si vous avez besoin de rester connecté! Parking gratuit juste à côté de l'unité. Le feuillage de palmier de la véranda ajoute à cette sensation tropicale de lumière filtrée, oh si Hawaii. Il y a tellement plus que cela à offrir, je suggère fortement de venir à Maui et de séjourner dans ce fabuleux condo d'une chambre, découvrez par vous-même à quel point il est bon de rester ici! AC dans le salon et les ventilateurs si nécessaire.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this home! It was well kept, had all the essentials, and even offered beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. A 5 min walk to the beach made for some great sunset watching. And the neighboring stores and restaurants were a great bonus. Would recommend staying at this location, the host was easy to communicate with and offered some great recommendations too for the area!

I would most definitely stay here again. The pictures do not do justice to how cozy and nice this place is. Karen and Ivanka were extremely nice and very helpful! I had an easy time getting around Kihei with how close this property was to everything and beautiful place to come back to after exploring.

Great location with all the amenities

We had a lovely stay and would book this place again. The location was great, the place was clean and stocked with all the things we needed to be comfortable. The pool was very clean and the grounds keepers were really pleasant. The hosts were wonderful and communicated promptly and clearly.

The condo is stocked with everything you need to make the place feel like home. Location is perfect with so many beautiful beaches and restaurants/shops nearby to walk to and enjoy. Perfect for a girls trip to Maui

My friends and I stayed at Karen and Andrew’s place for a girls trip to Maui, and we had a great time. Checking in and out was easy. Communication was excellent. Condo was clean, and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We loved our stay! Definitely recommend, and can’t wait to come back.

Perfect holiday

Cozy Condo

Had a wonderful stay with my husband on our honeymoon. The condo was clean, cozy, and was located in a great area of Kihei, close to all the food trucks. King bed was extremely comfortable. I love that they’ve opened up the Maui Garden food trucks, just a quick walk North of us It’s also fun to walk across the street and watch the whales.. As you discovered everything you need is right here, whether you want to cook at home, go to restaurants, swim in our great pool or the ocean. Snorkeling, surfing and boogie boarding its truly an easy vacation.

Great stay!

My sister and I had a great stay! We loved that the property had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc. The convenient parking spot was great, and we loved being able to sit out on the lanai with the view of the pool. Within walking distance to the beach and lots of great food trucks and restaurants. We’d love to stay again in the future!

We've been coming to Hawaii together from Seattle, for the last 25 years and we think of it as our second home! We've finally made the leap to buy in Kalama Terrace and we couldn't be happier! We are excited about sharing our home with you!

Kihei having local flair and being on the dry side makes it our favorite location on Maui, Plus we wanted a small complex.. The bonus was the solar power and its close to our favorite beaches and restaurants.. When we saw this property come on the market we had to figure out how to buy it! It was the exact spot we wanted, ground unit so we could have easy access to the pool. Westerly facing so we could enjoy the sun as long as possible, plus a little privacy with beautiful foliage by the lanai, exactly what we wanted!! Plus less than a 5 minute walk to our favorite beaches!! It was perfect, it needed to be remodeled and we wanted to make it our own! New kitchen, floors, furniture, almost everything is new or has been redone! Lots of hard work, but we couldn't be happier with it, we hope you will be too..

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One of the many things we love about our condo, is the easy access to the pool from the lanai.. It's a ground floor unit which seems to keep it cooler.. We try to have 2 boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and cooler, for a little beach time.. We also TRY and keep herbs and spices there for cooking as well as sugar, oil, plastic bags so it's easy for you to show up and not have to spend a fortune setting up the kitchen for a few days.. We supply soap for washing clothes, plus small bars of soap for the shower, shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer.
Close to snorkeling beach and surfing.
