The view from both the bedroom and main living area was amazing. Lighting inside all rooms in the condo provide plenty of options for any ambience. Window shades were awesome for controlling both light and privacy. The owners obviously worked hard to make this stay a pleasure. We felt as at home as you can on vacation and wanted for nothing. If we owned a rental, this is how we would do it!

This property is a rare gem! My wife and I were both pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort we experienced. The property was spotless with good parking accommodations. We experienced gorgeous ocean views with a comfortable bed and clean sofa. The bed sheets and pillow cases were white as snow. The property is in a great location, too. A hop skip and a jump to many restaurants, shopping availability and nature trails. Suzannah, the owner responded to all of my questions very quickly. I honestly, couldn't ask for a better experience! As a matter of fact, this was the best vacation rental experience for us. We will definitely attempt to book this property every time we visit Amelia Island, which is about 6 times a year. We stayed late December, 2025.

This condo is wonderful! It has everything you need and more. It is comfortable, clean, and the view is spectacular. Make sure you get up early enough one morning to see the sunrise from the balcony, it is worth it Suzannah is a great host, very helpful and accommodating. Amelia Island was a perfect getaway for us. It is beautiful, quiet, great food, and more. We hope to come back and visit again.

Loved our stay

This was a perfect choice for the two of us. The host provided all necessities needed to include beach towels and chairs. The location is very close to the Historic American Beach and A.L.Lewis Museum. We look forward to planning another stay in the future.

The owner of this unit went above and beyond for our stay! Any questions or concerns were answered almost immediately. We have stayed at this location many times but, this unit/property owner have been the best. We are already planning our next trip!

Long Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island. The property was nicely renovated with direct access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed the walking/biking paths accessible directly across the street. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic Getaway!

While I was in Amelia Island for a work conference, staying here made the four days feel like a true getaway. The conference hotel was just a short uber trip each day. The location and views are amazing. Stay here, go for walks at sunrise on the mostly empty beach and truly enjoy a peaceful vacation away (even if you’re there to work).

Oceanfront

The highlight for us at Surf & Racquet is always the proximity to such a gorgeous, uncrowded beach. We loved the private balcony and the beautiful weather meant we made great use of the balcony. Condo had everything we needed for our weeklong stay.

Stunning views!

The view of the ocean and the sunrise were incredible. The condo is very clean and has all the amenities you would need. We stayed for 11 days and although the pool was under renovation, the owner was very accommodating. We loved the beach. Definitely would stay again! You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice basic condo with awesome view of the beach and sunrise.

Nice easy access to the Ritz Carlton for the car show! One of the pools is being redone as as well as construction on the beach access so not very tranquil.

Don’t like surprise's

Condo was 5 star. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, great view. We only found out that the pool and beach access from our building was closed when we arrived. For us this was a big inconvience, since we are older and the round trip to the beach was 1/2 mile longer (yes, I measured it), when carrying beach chairs etc. Luckily we are in pretty good shape. We should have been notified when we reserved the condo! We may have elected to either wait, or book elsewhere.However, as I indicated, the condo was great and we would definitely book it again if we come to Amelia Island.
