This is an amazing place to rent for a large group of friends. There is more than enough space and beds for everyone, and having both a pool and being right on the beach is incredible.

This house worked well for our large group of 26. The upstairs' living area was really nice as a gathering area for our men’s group. The pool and hot tub were dirty and the pool definitely was not heated. Overall our stay was really nice. We enjoyed an amazing view and the sunrise each morning was amazing from the upstairs deck. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family friendly place to stay

We had 20 Family members stay for a week. It was the perfect place for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out so no one felt cramped. The pool and Beach were highlights for everyone (especially the little ones) Surf fishing, Dance parties for the littles, body surfing, shark teeth hunting and even a pirate treasure hunt for the littles on the beach. We had a great time and are all trying to plan another visit here. We all highly recommend this place,

Paradise

Location, amenities and size of the property was a great match for our group of 19, ranging in ages 2 to 75. Common areas were large enough to accommodate all, while there was enough space to enjoy quiet time. Proximity to the beach with private walkway was perfect, as well as pool area.

Family Retreat

This is the one time a year that we are able to get all of our kids and grandchildren together for one week to create life long memories..We are spread out from Oklahoma, Nashville, NC and Virginia so family visits are a premium.. This property offers everything necessary for a fun filled time of fun and laughter.. Having stayed here before and knowing what to expect makes for a good time.. Would recommend this property for sure..

Great location. House is a bit rough around the edges. Deck had a lot of loose nails. One dishwasher didn’t work. Ice machine needs a deep clean because there was tons of black stuff floating in the ice. Elevator didn’t work. It’s a livable house, but it’s too expensive for what it is.

Topsail stay

The house is beautiful and well prepared for everything you need while on Topsail . The only thing we had to buy at a local store was beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. We had thought it was listed that the house had these items, we did not have them available. Otherwise, every thing about this house is perfect. We will plan to stay here again.

The rooms were nicely furnished but the floors felt dirty and the dining table felt sticky. There were 2 dishwashers in the kitchen but only one was working. The linens for the bunkbeds were in a bag by the beds so we had to get those beds ready. I messaged the host about the bulbs being out in one of the bunk rooms and we had to buy some so the kids would have lights. I also told the host about mold in the half bath off the kitchen area but never got a response about my concerns. For the positives, the home had plenty of space for our group of 15 (ages 6 to 62), and the beach access was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked and the elevator made it so much easier to get our groceries to the top floor. Overall, this is a beautiful home, it just needs a little maintenance.

We had a great week at the property. Even with 29 people it was spacious enough for all. Access to the beach was nice, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. The upstairs fridge was having a hard time making enough ice, but we bought extra. The one negative comment is for the outdoor grill, it was disgusting. Spent an hour scraping oyster shells and an inch layer of grease and other gunk off the bottom pan and grill racks. It took everyone awhile to get used to all the rooms, and we couldn't even find a broom for a few days. Maybe put all the cleaning items in one location and put that in the floor descriptions. Overall a nice experience, beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers.

The house was amazing and clean but the AC did not work well on the top two floors and the pool was not heated. The ice maker also did not work well, the air hockey/foosball tables were very wobbly (almost unusable because we didnt want them to fall over), the stove was missing nobs and the one nob that was there did not give the accurate temperature (the burner also said it was off but stayed on and red). Im just letting you know all this so you are aware and so that you can get things fixed for the next guests.

That’s strange... You must be mixing up the conversation! We actually had great exchanges during your stay, and our maintenance team came promptly to assist you. We’ve always responded quickly and handled anything that came up, and from what I remember, you seemed happy with the follow-up. It’s really surprising to read this now.

Loved the location!!

Overall there is plenty of room in the house. Loved the location, not overcrowded at all. Now for the cons - cleaning crew not done until 4:20. Nails on the deck needed nailed back down. If you plan on doing any cooking on your stay be ready, stove top is terrible, doesn't heat up or work at all. Oven doesn't work right, doesn't bake or burns everything. Ice maker...good luck. Large coffee pot (pot and Keurig) leaks. If you have little ones, there is an air-conditioner register on the top floor that is broken. AND be careful washing clothes and showering. It didn't take much and you will run out of water!!! COMPLETELY no hot or cold!!! The elevator didn't always work, no one got stuck in it but it wouldn't always 'call' would stop in between floors. Gas grill also doesn't work well, there was gas, but doesn't heat up well.
