Remington Bikeway House, Old Town 1 block from CSU

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on the Remington Bikeway, one block from Colorado State University, and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a private apartment on the second story of a charming Folk Victorian house built in 1905. It has a private entrance, private balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. The family room has a queen-sized pull-out couch. There is a private deck but the backyard is not included.

All the rooms are tastefully decorated.
Guest access
There is street parking in front of the house. We will purchase a permit for you to park there during your stay.

SIZE
Full disclosure, the space will feel tight when there 6 people and the bathroom is kind of really tiny. :)
PARKING
Parking is on the street in front of the house. We will get you a "license plate permit(s)" for your vehicle(s) the day you arrive so that you can have unlimited parking and won't be subject to the 2-hour limit.

TV
There is a Wi-Fi-connected TV in the family room. There is no cable. You can use them to connect to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Sling, etc. if you have an account with any of these services.
