Please Note: Hilton Head Island will undergo beach renourishment from September 2025 through May 2026 to help preserve the shoreline. During this time, small sections of beach (no more than 1,000 feet at a time) may be temporarily closed to pedestrian access as the project moves along. Plenty of beach will remain open and accessible for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Parking & Hang Tag Reminder (Memorial Day & Labor Day Weeks) Please ensure that plastic parking tags are displayed in your vehicle at all times during the entire week of Memorial Day and Labor Day. Parking hang tags must be placed on the rearview mirror while parked on the property. At the end of your stay, please return all parking passes by either: Leaving them inside the property, or Returning them to the office as instructed. Please note: Guests are responsible for ensuring all hang tags are returned to the designated unit upon check‑out. Lost or unreturned hang tags will result in a replacement fee of $25 per tag.
