Hilton Head Island will undergo beach renourishment from September 2025 through May 2026 to help preserve the shoreline. During this time, small sections of beach (no more than 1,000 feet at a time) may be temporarily closed to pedestrian access as the project moves along. Plenty of beach will remain open and accessible for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Welcome to 53 Ocean Breeze! Nestled on Hilton Head Island’s serene south end, this charming two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, four adults and two children. Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean's sand and surf, this newly renovated, two-story end-unit offers unparalleled privacy and tranquility, with no neighbors above or below.

Step inside to a bright, newly remodeled space designed for ultimate comfort, featuring plush furnishings, tranquil beach decor, and modern upgrades. You’ll love the spacious living room with its sleeper sofa, rocker recliner, and large Smart TV. You'll love the private balcony overlooking the pool! From the balcony, you can head to the pool for a dip or explore the foliage-full property grounds.

The fully equipped kitchen at 53 Ocean Breeze features stainless-steel appliances and generous granite countertops. We had an absolute blast here! The entire stay (from picking up the parking pass to check out) was streamlined and so easy! The home was gorgeous and absolutely spotless! The kitchen was above and beyond with more appliances and utensils than you could imagine! The AC and washer/dryer were brand new and impeccable. The location is unbeatable-super easy to all of the restaurants, beach and the pool is literally steps from the back porch. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Vacation Condo

This was a perfect place for our vacation and celebration for my husband’s birthday! We had an awesome time! The condo was very clean, neat, and comfortable. The location was awesome. We were feet away from the pool and walking distance to the beach. Very quiet community. I highly recommend going to Hilton Head and staying at this condo. Had an awesome time!!!

Clean Condo

This unit is clean, roomy, closed to the restaurants, and walking distance to the beach. Tips: you may need to bring your own coffee ground (or Keurig pods) and shampoos.

Nice and clean

We enjoyed most of everything. The only complaint is the beach is not a 10 min walk from the there. Maybe for one adult not carrying anything, but not a family. The road you would walk on to get there is busy as well. But it is nice and clean and that is the most important.
