- 1 Minute bike ride to W Ruskin Beach Entrance, access included with your reservation
- Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs, 50 pounds or under. Must get approval from Exclusive 30A and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Any unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.
- Home is around the corner from the Lyceum Lawn and the middle of Seaside with lots of shopping and dining options
- 150 Yards to the West Side Pool, with towel service and heated during cooler months (subject to change by the neighborhood)
- Parking for 2 vehicles. Parking is first come, first serve in the parallel spots in front of home and throughout neighborhood
- Enjoy 3 Taxi Bikes, serviced regularly to ensure they are ready for your adventures
- Full Kitchen on the 2nd floor with stainless steel appliances plus a Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker
- Dining area on the 2nd floor with seating for 8 plus breakfast nook seating for 4
- Main living area on the 2nd floor with Smart TV
- Workspace with desk and chair on the 2nd floor
- Screened-in Balcony off the main living area with outdoor dining for 4 plus cushioned seating set
- 1st Floor Patio with seating
