Enjoy a refreshing experience at this stylish, centrally-located place.
This relaxing getaway is right in Old Town Florence. 1 bedroom, 1 sleeper sofa. TV is bedroom and living room. Walking distance to everything. Bring your bags and sit and relax.
The space
This relaxing getaway is right in Old Town Florence. It is a single story, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and TV. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a full bathroom.
It is our tastefully furnished home away from home. The river is only 1 block away and you can enjoy the river views from all of the windows in the living room. We hope you enjoy our vacation spot located in Florence on the central Oregon coast. Just bring your bags and settle right in. Well suited for traveling professionals, small families or couples. This is a 4 unit complex so if you have friends or family that are traveling with you, you can each rent your own separate unit and still be next to each other for convenient gatherings.

Our condo includes 65” TV in the living room, along with an electric fireplace, with washer and dryer. We have a full size fridge in the kitchenette along with a microwave, a toaster, drip coffee pot and a toaster oven. There is 1 bathroom with a walk in shower; we have towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Located on the East end Old Town Florence, steps away from the boat launch and just minutes from all the great sights and sounds Florence has to offer. This is a perfect location for walking to restaurants, shopping, wine bars, salons, galleries and coffee shops or to just take a stroll on the dock for a relaxing time.

If outdoor is more your style, you are only minutes away from the beach, dunes, lakes, hiking trails, state parks, miniature golf, bumper boats, go carts, the fun is endless. You will never run out of things to do here in Florence.

Excellent Location

On a photo trip we stayed here for two nights. The location is perfect for photography the dock, bridge and texture offer lots of opportunities. The accommodations were well furnished and clean. The mattress was a bit soft for us
but some folks love a soft mattress. We would stay here again.

Wonderful vacation spot

The accomodations are clean, fresh, and comfortable. The hosts are generous, clearly communicate and respond quickly to all questions. The accomodations are in historic Florence, with easy access to shops and dining. And within a short distance to the beach. I would high recommend this vacation spot.

Perfect Spot to Old Town Florence

This was actually for my grandson. He was very happy when to see such a well equipped clean vacation getaway. It was great to find a place so close to us in such a walkable area.

Great two days!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and obviously updated very recently. Loved the location, close to cute shops and restaurants. There is no stove/oven (as advertised) but we made do well with the toaster oven and microwave. My only complaint was the slight mildew smell in the bathroom, other than that it was great!

Comfy, Quiet, and Close

Brand new! Very comfortable, walk to food and shops - BJ's Ice Cream. Easy off/on 101. Host is great on communication. Top rate all around.

The unit felt new and it was nice to have a full size refrigerator, however, there were fingerprints all over the refrigerator door. In addition there were toothpaste splatters on the bathroom facet. The unit we stayed in is directly facing public restrooms for the campground right next door. There is a fence being built but we saw and heard everyone going to that restroom the night we stayed. We stayed in July, upon entering, it will feel stuffy, you will need to keep windows and the front doors open until the unit cools down. There is a room fan that we used at night - at the time we stayed, there was no screen on the bedroom window so we could not leave that one open. The host is very responsive. Maybe add to description that the units are across the street from the 3 story apartment building so they are easier to find?
