The Space:

A small family, two traveling couples, or a few close friends will love staying at this charming Florence getaway, which offers easy access to the beach and typical home comforts including free WiFi, cable, and a private washer/dryer. A second-floor balcony provides partial ocean views, as well as a nice place to hang out with your loved ones.



Situated about four miles north of Florence proper in the Heceta Beach community, this home is just across the street from an easy access point to the beach, so you can walk out your front door and be on the sand in minutes. Old Town Florence is a few minutes away by car, as are a casino, two golf courses, and the rest of the town's attractions. Devil's Elbow State Park and the highly photogenic Heceta Head Lighthouse are just a few miles north of this vacation rental, perfect for hiking, fishing, and beachcombing. Stop in at Sea Lion Caves, the country's largest sea caves, to see the animals in their native habitat.



The house itself sits on a heavily wooded lot, which makes the space feel private and secluded. After a long day on the beach, come back to your cozy vacation rental and use the fully equipped kitchen to put together a home-cooked dinner. Relax in the living room while you browse cable channels on the flatscreen TV, or use Roku to stream something on demand. Didn't communicate with anyone. Didn't need to... Just a great cozy place. It was super stormy and cold so we stayed in the whole weekend. We were very content and comfortable.

Best Beach House

Small beach house only 5 minute walk to the ocean water. Everything you need to cook your own favorite foods just like you do at home. Small dogs are welcome and everything was super clean. Will be my small family's annual go to beach house reservation!

Beautiful and peaceful

This pretty little home is located right across the street from the beach with a public access. Quiet neighborhood and the views from the large windows are gorgeous.The house is spotless clean and updated. It has such a warm and welcoming feel. Outside there is a nice deck and fire pit. Includes convenience like laundry and everything provided such as shampoos, detergent etc. I'm do glad we picked this one!

A Beautiful Little house!

This house was so cozy and in a nice area. From the upper deck you could see the ocean, and I could sit there and look at it for hours. I would definitely come back!

Great location, view and accommodation!

The house was a cozy, comfortable place. We brought our own pre-made food, snacks and drinks and the stocked kitchen made it perfect. We were there during the January king tides. After wave watching and beach walking it was so relaxing to come back to our warm, dry house. I can't wait to return when the weather has warmed up and can take full advantage of the balcony, deck fire pit!
