Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
This quiet neighborhood gives you the break you need, while offering a short drive to a variety of outdoor activities.

There are gorgeous views of fields to the South, with a unique rock hill to the North, just on the other side of Steinaker reservoir.

We are located about 10 minutes North of downtown Vernal, which puts you right between town and the entrance to all the parks.

***Work crews are accepted, but the booking party must be staying on the property. names and phone numbers of each crew member needs to be shared before checking in.

***Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine

***Smoking weed will result in a $500 fine

***Additional guests not communicated may result in fines up to $50 per guest

    4 night stay

    Property was quiet, clean and comfortable. There were nice views from the rental. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Vernal.

    Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group. I wish I would have found the toys cupboard sooner, but was so impressed the owner had toys for the kids! And, I have never stayed in a cleaner rental or hotel. The attention to detail shows, and my white socks were still white after walking around all during the stay! Make sure you go outside to say hi to the cows and see the stars!

    Awesome Stay Near Dinosaur

    Everything was fantastic! The property was well maintained and had everything we needed. Great for kids, and the price was very reasonable! Host was prompt to respond to our questions, and overall, we are very satisfied with our stay!

    Check in and out was easy. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes as well as extras like coffee pods for the Kureg. This was not a bad thing, but just pay attention to the fact that it is an apartment over the garage. The stairs are a bit steep so be aware that you have to go up those.

    Perfect stay

    I went to Utah on a fishing holiday, which is always very demanding and tiring, and I couldn't pick a better accommodation to come back from my adventures to rest and relax. It had everything I could possibly need, the living area and the bed was most comfortable. The owners were very helpful and informative. I Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

    Clean and quiet

    The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The stairs up to the apartment are really steep and the entrance to the parking area is difficult with our truck to navigate if the owner was parked in front of the garage. But it was quiet and welcome after a long day of hiking. The beds were also very comfortable.

    Beautiful property

    The property was very clean and nice and comfortable. There was a glitch getting into the property but it was quickly resolved. My only suggestion would be to make it clear that there are 19 very steep stairs leading up to the property. My husband is 71 and I am 63. Some people might not have been able to access it. But all in all, it was lovely.

    Property was as advertised. The kitchen was missing some things that would have made it nicer, like lids for the pans, some cooking utensils for serving and the pots and pans are just old. The top bunk in the 2nd bedroom is very load and squeaky made it hard for my kids to sleep so we opted for the floor. We have a large van and the side paeking made it hard to manuever but we managed. Would have been nice to know what to do with trash but luckily the people renting the house told me what their book said because ours lacked that information. Not sure if it is the VRBO site or what but it kept telling me I couldn't access the rental or manager so I was unable to ask any questions about the unit. Like when the crazy winds came in and the shed blew apart.
