The apartment was in great shape, spacious enough for a family with 3 young kids and an infant. The host was pleasant and communicated well. My wife was excited to find a piano to play, and a window overlooking a playground where the kids could romp about. My only regret was that we didn't plan a second night.

All I can say is WOW! This unit is amazing!! It was just completely remodeled with 5 star fixtures and furniture. We never have stayed in a VRBO that was near the excellent standards this unit set. It was just two of us but this three bedroom unit would be perfect for a family visiting the Dinosaur National Monument. The unit has a whole closet of toys to keep the kiddos entertained and an extensive book shelf for adults. There are so many positives with this unit, too many to list, but you definitely will enjoy a five star stay in this unit!!

The host's communication was excellent and very responsive! The unit was very close to town and was even better than advertised. I'm kind of picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this unit didn't disappoint--The unit was very clean and organized! The rooms were spacious and decorated cute, and best of all....the air conditioner worked stupendously well--helping us sleep comfortably and soundly! The kitchen was "just like home" and served us well. To top it off, the host provided locally-made frozen yogurt in the freezer for us to enjoy. We travel a lot and this was one of the best VRBO's or Airbnb's we've stayed in! We will definitely be return customers!
