We have stayed in this unit a couple times and it has always been very nice, clean, and comfortable. Host are terrific and we would highly recommend it. Look forward to potential future stays, year 10 in WB for us. Great time and many thanks to our hosts.

Wonderfully outfitted place with lovely porches. Plenty of parking for two cars. The beach was at the end of the block! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beach Escape

The house was very clean, beautifuly decorated, very spacious and a short walk to the beach and the fishing pier! Equipped with beach chairs, a sand wagon, and games in case of a rainy day. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay this weekend...home was exceptionally clean and bright. All the properties around it were also very nice. We spent quite a bit of time sitting outside on the balcony people watching, etc. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked. Just a few minutes walk to food, etc. Beach SO close that we were able to easily walk back and forth for anything we needed. Highly recommend this home. We will rent again!

This is a lovely home in a very central location. Easy to walk everywhere in WB (beach at end of the road) and a relatively short drive to Wilmington proper. The home is in great shape and very clean, with a well designed layout for 1-2 couples and/or a family. Nancy was very helpful and responsive.Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandpiper Escape over Memorial Day Weekend! The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved spending time on the front covered porch and that the location is on a more quiet street on WB. The owners were very friendly and had great communication before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach house

Everything was beautiful. The only thing that I had trouble with was, I could never re-lock the front door with the key out of the key box once I open it the first time.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay and hope to return again! The unit was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. We loved the sunny mornings in the beautiful windows of the kitchen/family room area! The location was amazing - just a few houses in from the beach. We really appreciated the beach wagon and chairs. We also loved the cozy backyard area and outside shower - great place to wash off all the sand and sunscreen. Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us.

Sandpiper Escape is located Sandpiper Street, beach access 12. This location is a quiet residential neighborhood where you can relax and enjoy the easy ocean access and views. Although quiet and quaint, the location is close and walkable to all the amenities the island has to offer (bars, restaurants, shops).

Sandpiper Escape is a single floor living experience not common at Wrightsville beach. A beachside house only a few doors down from Beach Access 12, the ocean is only a steps away. Located only a short distance from Johnny Mercer's Pier, shops, bars, and restaurants. There is easy access on and off the island by foot, bike or car.
