This home is Hurricane proof!!! Loved the layout and front lanai. Very nice large community pool.

The condo was great, we had 2 couples in our party so we loved having 2 king beds with an air conditioner in each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools we needed. We used the 4 beach chairs and water shoes almost every day. The covered front lanai was great for eating. We also used the bbq in the pool area one night, we had to wait for someone else to finish, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. There is a food land grocery store just a few minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was the perfect accommodation for our stay. The beds were comfy, we had all the beach gear we could possibly need available to use, and the kitchen had all the dishes/equipment needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Older property but cute and well-maintained. Great appliances. Wonderful covered front porch/lanai. Basket filter drip coffee maker. InstantPot. A/C in bedrooms and also in common area. Easy walk to Foodland and the Princeville shops. Parking can be tight so we were happy to have a Jeep. Pool area has a large, covered common area with a Weber gas grill, and grill tools. Clinton was kind enough to extend us one day because of airport closures due to Hurricane Lala.We loved the area and the unit.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful location and the cobdo was perfect for us. It was peaceful and the geckos in the front yard were constant entertainment. There was everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a lot of beach toys and chairs. I hope to return to your beautiful home again soon!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Clinton's condo in Princeville. Clinton was very responsive when I had questions. He would usually respond within a few minutes to any message that I would send through the app.This condo is one of the most affordable options on the north shore with air conditioning. When we were at the condo, we would frequently hang out on the front lanai which felt very private with all of the plants that gave it privacy. The condo complex has one gas grill near the pool. There was never a line to use the grill at any point during our stay. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. It was even stocked with a pineapple corer. The condo included items like beach towels and beach chairs for our use during our stay.The beds were comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms that can hold 2 people each. My daughter slept on the pull out couch in the living room which was adequate for her.The main downside to Clinton's condo is the parking situation at the condo complex. We rented a SUV and it was sometimes difficult to get into the spots in the complex. One evening we returned to the condo between 9:30pm and 10pm and found that there was no usable parking left.

This place was amazing for our family (we have a 3 year old) while visiting Kauai for the last 9 days. The location is great, close to beaches like Anini and Hanalei (where we spent the majority of our beach days), has an amazing pool (which is much bigger than the photos show), and the window AC units did a great job of cooling us down if it got a little warm. The unit is within walking distance to a nice supermarket, Foodmart, where we did most of our shopping for anything we wanted to cook (get some of their Poke and Sushi, you will not be disappointed), and also a great park for our son to get out some extra energy. The kitchen had everything you would need and both king beds were very comfortable. My son loved being in his own King bed! In addition, there are a bunch of beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, some snorkel gear, and beach toys available to use that were an added bonus. We ate the majority of our meals out on the Lanai while watching the roosters / chickens roam around. The only thing I can think of that was challenging for us is that if you have a toddler / small child as we do, I would recommend bringing a child door lock device because our son loved to open the front door and make a run for it to the pool which is amazingly close by. We 100% would stay here again and thank you to Clinton / his family for hosting us for such a wonderful adventure.Mahalo nui!

Nice condo with comfortable king size beds, 2 bathrooms and ac. Loved the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of glassware and plates. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were a plus. We loved sitting on the back lanai. The beach chairs were also very handy. Lots of games, books and movies are available in the unit and the complex has a nice pool area to relax. Location is great, walking distance to foodland and a short drive to restaurants and beaches. Host is very nice and check in/out was smooth. I recommend the property and would love to stay again.

This unit was exactly as advertised. It was stocked with beach towels and some assorted necessary items like sunscreen, bug spray, and detergent. There was liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner in both showers. The air conditioning and washer/dryer all worked perfectly. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!

Loved staying here for our first trip exploring North side in Kauai. The host was very easy to communicate. The property was quiet and nice! The pool was right in front of the condo. Lots of parking spots. AC worked well. Hot water worked well. Washers and dryers worked well. Everything was so nice! Comforter was so soft! Thank you!
