Enjoy a stylish experience at this fresh and clean lower apartment! This place is newly renovated and perfect for a stay in the Metro Detroit. It's located near the Detroit Zoo right by major highways. This home is a duplex building and includes 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom in the downstairs unit.

Located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Close to highways, Woodward Ave and a quick drive to the cities of Royal Oak, Ferndale, Detroit and Birmingham.

The private home is part of a duplex and can be accessed through a private entrance. Please note, you must walk downstairs to access the laundry area.

Parking: the driveway is shared with the lower unit. If guests are staying in the lower unit, parking in driveway is first come first serve. However, there is plenty of free street parking available!


Entry- each unit has their own separate entry!

Early check in- If you are interested in checking in before 3 PM please let us know! If you would like to check in before 12 PM please let us know at the time of booking and we will let you know if we can accommodate! (an early check in fee may apply)

Late check out- we require at least 24 hour notice for late check outs to ensure we can communicate with our cleaning team. If you are interested in checking out later than 12 PM a late check out fee may be added to your reservation.
