Guest access
You access the PARK SIDE studio from the front of the duplex. Your parking space is in the driveway next to your door. There is a keypad door lock for NO contact check in. The entire studio is yours, including access to a washer/dryer in your unit.
Other things to note
Welcome information will be sent to you once you book your stay at the PARK SIDE Studio. Check-In and Check-Out instructions will be sent to you on the day of arrival. You will receive your personal key code through the Airbnb app.


CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00AM. A late check out fee of $20 for every 30 minutes past 11:00AM will be applied.


PET FEE: $40, must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in.

-You must be able to climb stairs. There are TWO stairs up to the front porch entryway.

- There is a potential for noise. This unit faces I-696 and you may experience some traffic related noise during busy hours of the day.
