Exactly as advertised. Very clean, fully equipped, luxurious, and comfortable. The host Ethan was awesome. Really appreciate his responses to our inquiries within minutes at most. Also, being able to text or call him really expedited matters. We are not golfers, but if you are, this is the place to go.

We found this house exactly as described online. The high-ceiling sittingroom and well-proportioned bedrooms, together with the green outlook at the rear, create a spacious and airy feel. The house was immaculate and very well equipped; we appreciated generous touches such as supplies of laundry detergent. Ideally situated for Mashpee town beach, South Cape Beach and nature reserve and for explorations up the Cape, this property can be recommended without hesitation. I reported a fault with the washing machine during our stay; given Ethan's efficient and kindly hosting, I'm sure this will be put right quickly. It didn't detract from our overall evaluation.

Terrific stay. Condo was well appointed, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Great location to explore the lower Mashpee/Waquoit Bay area. Ethan was extremely responsive helping us connect with the property manager after we went to the wrong pool gate.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Ethan’s condo! First of all, there was Great Communication with the host throughout the stay! The condo was clean, the beds comfortable too. The location was a little off the beaten path but quick to get to Mashpee Commons and Falmouth where we needed to go.

Ethan was very helpful in providing detailed messages before, during, and after the stay. The property was just what we needed, and our family had a great 2 night stay. We will consider staying at this New Seabury condo in the future. Highly recommended and easy to use.

Lovely 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in a very quiet, safe area. Lots of food options and recreation nearby, and I went for a run one morning in the safe, quiet neighborhood. The Condo was comfy and well-equipped and Ethan responded quickly any time we needed anything.It’s super-handy having a washer and dryer on-site!Book this one with confidence!

Relaxing Vacation

This lovely property is nestled on a golf course. It is very quiet and well appointed with everything you need. There is a kitchen filled with great appliances and all amenities to cook with.The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms have all shower accessories.
