Enjoy a peaceful stay at our comfortable beach front home in Milford, CT. This refreshed property in one of Milford's best neighborhoods boasts a newer kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bright and open spaces, a large dining table, and most importantly - direct beach access.

Walk down from the private patio directly on to the sand, or enjoy a cup of coffee upstairs on the raised patio - either way it's time to relax! With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 full/double bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The house also offers central air/heating, washing machine/drier, charcoal BBQ grill, WiFi, 4 Smart TV's, hair driers, and even an iron & board for added convenience.

Guests can freshen up in the 3 Full bathrooms equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, or unwind in the large jacuzzi.

Located only about 2.5 miles from downtown Milford, access to restaurants, bars, nightlife, and even the train station for a trip to NYC are only minutes away! Fall in love with Milford and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Fantastic holiday on the beach. The property was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Milford has lots of great restaurants and you are only 1hr 45 mins from NYC on the train. Overall the holiday was very relaxing.

Communication was top notchThe property was very well appointed and perfect for a family gathering The most important part was the accessibility of the bathroom and bedroom for my mom who has mobility issues I was worried about the half step from bedroom to bathroom but I put pick lights on floor to remind her to step upLocation was perfect Especially loved visiting pez!

Wonderful visit in Connecticut and house was on the water!

Host was very helpful and we loved sitting out on the deck and looking at the water. A lovely beach is only a 5 minute walk away!

Perfect for creating memories with family and friends

The house is in a great location and the soothing sound of the ocean waves day and night makes it hard to say goodbye. I'm already looking for dates I can rebook. It's open interior design is filled with natural light and framed by stunning views of the ocean. It was the perfect place for our family to celebrate a big event like our son's graduation from college.

Great space for family time!

We stayed here during my graduation weekend and really enjoyed having a space for the whole family to stay together and unwind in between all the hectic activities of the weekend. The house is right on the water and has plenty of bedrooms for everyone. It's a good, quiet location that is not too far from the highway and easy to get back and forth from New Haven. It's definitely worth staying here!

Great home, great location! Very clean and was perfect for a large family. Host was responsive. Need to fix child door locks on sliders if you're going with children, the tide gets high on the wall.

Wonderful relaxing vacay

The house was exactly as advertised. It’s perfect for a large family. We took our adult children and had an excellent time. The downstairs A/C wasn’t working properly when we arrived. We contacted Matt and he had someone there the same day. The whole unit needed to be replaced so it took a few days, but Matt was great about taking care of us. The beach is literally outside the back door. We loved sitting in the porch in the morning with coffee watching the water. Thank you for having porch furniture that is comfy!The beach isn’t too busy during the day. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and we loved all the restaurant recommendations for local spots. We had amazing meals and met wonderful locals!We highly recommend this spot for a great family vacation!

On the ocean

Spacious. Exceedingly clean. Well-stocked kitchen and linens: plenty of towels, BIG coffee mugs. We three were very happy with it. Shore is pebbly, not sandy right now because of storms. Regarding accessibility, there is a step up from first floor bedroom to the bathroom.

Fabulous Beach Home

We stayed at this newly renovated beach house for a long weekend in April. The home is big, spacious and beautifully decorated. Every bed is super comfy and we fell asleep listening to the waves. We loved the big kitchen! We had all nine beds filled and still had plenty of room and privacy. We love Milford shoreline and this home made our weekend celebration just perfect. Thank you Matt for being so helpful and accommodating. Everyone wants to rent it now😊

Wonderful Place

We rented this house to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The 6 of us had a great time. The house couldn’t be closer to the water. Beautiful house. Plenty of room for everyone. Get comfortable. Clean. Nice quiet street. Great host. Gave us games, towels, and there were more things in the garage that we didn’t even use. Weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of it. Water is very shallow for a long distance so you can easily walk out and hang around when the tide goes down. Overall couldn’t be happier with the place and would recommend to everyone!

Best example to Beach Stay

We really amazed post check in the house. The tides were smoothly touching feet in the evening and you can go for a walk on adjacent to the tiny tides and the row of houses, u can feel the sun in both rise and setting times. The nature make you to see the high tides in the night if you are sitting in patio in late night parties, i am thrilled to experience the tides sound from home. The bed rooms have a unique windows for sky view and every room was perfectly furnished as required. Bedroom attached to top patio, kids will love it and its the beauty of property. Kitchenette and crockery provided and loved to have dinner together. Surprised to see jacuzzi in main bathroom on top floor with sky view again. Overall 2 nights stay will made you to extend your day. Near to grocery stores Pizza and restaurants. In fact on Main Street near to all required shopping including gas. Have a great stay , i had it and enjoyed with group of 9.

Beautiful house right in the beach.

My family and our friends came to this house for vacation on 4th of July week. The house had everything we needed and worked perfectly for us. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs which was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids. There is also 2 full bathrooms upstairs. My kids had their own bathroom which was amazing. The tub upstairs is huge. Downstairs there was another bedroom where my friends said and right next to it is a tv room/bedroom. My friend’s three year old stayed in there and it worked out so well. The only draw back of the whole house was due to storms this year the water level was higher than normal and there was no beach in front of the house at high tide and very little even at low tide. We made it work though as you can walk down the beach to sandy areas. I would definitely recommend this house. It was clean, updated and has a perfect set up for multiple families to share. Also on the 4th. There is the best fireworks!! A bunch of people set them off and they were amazing.
