Located in College Station, this charming house is a dream. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 trundle bed (2 twins), it offers a tremendous space for guests to relax and unwind. New backyard renovations include large back patio, propane fire pit and 4 hole putting green! The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer. Additionally, there is an enjoyable additional space in the form of a living room with a cozy sofa bed. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying the comforts of this delightful property, we think our place will help you experience everything College Station has to offer.

This property is located behind a full time rental to Texas A&M students! Thanks and Gig Em!

Love this place very well laid out, clean, close to TAMU, King bed is very comfortable, great showers, great coffee bar and HVAC for those hot days.

We came to town for the Aggie baseball game this weekend, and this was a perfect rental for us! Very convenient, clean, quiet, well decorated! I’d stay here again the next time we come to town!

Beautiful place close to TAMU

The place is very spacious and welcoming. Has a really nice outdoor space perfect for family gatherings. The place is walking distance to TAMU. It would be perfect for football weekends. My visit was in the spring

Great location, great cottage!

We stayed here while our kiddo was attending Aggie Soccer Camp. Was conveniently located just a few minutes from the playing fields and right near the stadiums. Property was spotless and well appointed. Both bedrooms had plenty of room and comfy beds. Kitchen had all you need to cook a tasty meal and enjoy a cup of coffee.Stephanie was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Great little house in Aggieland

This is a great little guest house with a great location. It is located behind a larger home which presumably houses college kids, but that was not a problem at all. The cute guest house was very clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was good. They have a designated parking spot for one car. All in, very good.

Comfortable Guesthouse Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO guesthouse! The property is located in the back of the main house. One feature we especially appreciated was the extra security locks on the doors, which made us feel safe and at ease throughout our stay. The guesthouse was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was seamless. Recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway in Aggieland.

Visiting our Son

This stay was exactly what we needed for a quick visit to College Station to see our son. The house was immaculately cleaned, contained everything that we needed and is fabulously located. The host has put together a perfect online information manual for your use while at the house but also responded very quickly with the information that I overlooked in the maual.

Aggie Football

This was our first time bringing our 3 kids to an Aggie football game & it couldn’t have been better. The location was perfect to walk to the game & the young men that live in the main house were so polite & nice. Great experience all around!!

Stephanie graduated from Texas A&M in 2015 and she actually lived in the front house on the property for most of her time in college. There’s something special about the historic district and we hope you feel its energy while staying here! The historic is a very student heavy neighborhood so you’ll feel like you’re back in college during your stay.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our short walk to campus and Kyle Field makes us very special. We can see the back on the Jumbotron from the backyard. We also can easily walk to Olsen Field for Aggie baseball and Reed arena for Aggie Basketball or graduation!
