This spacious 4-bedroom (3 king beds/2 twin beds) 2-bathroom home is just a short walk from Texas A&M, perfect for game days or simply for visits to Bryan/College Station. Enjoy two separate living spaces with comfy seating and large TVs, plus a fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the large private backyard. With easy access to all Bryan/College Station has to offer, this charming home is perfect for your next stay!

This split-level home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, a living room, kitchen, dining room, and workspace on the main level, and a laundry room and game room on the lower level. Please note that due to the stairs, it is not a handicap-accessible home.

This house is centrally located in College Station, in a neighborhood directly across from Texas A&M. Numerous restaurants, bars, and ample shopping are all within a two mile radius.

Loved our stay here while moving in our son at TAMU. Home is close to campus but I’m a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a multigenerational family stay and this home provided a large living room with extra seating which enabled us to have hours of conversation and laughter. The downstairs game room was a lot of fun! While the youth played ping pong, the grandparents had comfortable seating that gave them the chance to watch and close enough to interact. The ring toss game on the wall was a huge hit!! We made great memories at this home!

Cool older house

Cool house in the historic district of College Station. Well within walking distance to Kyle field. Very clean and beautifully done house.

Great place to stay

The location is perfect, with a short walk to campus and a short drive to plenty of restaurants and HEB. The area is very quiet. There is lots of room for everyone to feel comfortable, and there is a great game room downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. It is a very clean home with the most comfortable beds we've had at any property so far.

Great family house!

We loved the house. the four bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space and the downstairs game room allowed us get together for some fun family time. the house is centrally located and close to everything. will definitely stay here again.

This is an immaculate, comfortable and convenient home! We had everything we needed, and enjoyed cooking in the very nice kitchen. We loved ping pong in the spacious basement, watching movies on huge tvs, and being able to spread out in the living areas. You cannot be any closer to campus! The neighborhood was also very quiet. Perfect Fit for Our Weekend!

Very close to campus. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the downstairs game room area. HUGE Backyard! Kitchen is well stocked and it was very easy to cook. Also conveniently located near lots of restaurants and retail.

We enjoyed our stay .. great location for all A&M activities. Easy check in and checkout. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Not handicapped accessible as all bedrooms and baths are upstairs but only 6 steps up. The game room downstairs a level was a plus with a ping pong table & large TV & a couch. Nice up to date kitchen.
