Very nice pet friendly condo on thebeach . However, the internet was very iffy every day ,and that was an issue . Other than that the condo and location were nice !

We apologize for the internet issue. We contacted our provider, Cox cable, immediately after you contacted us during your stay. They looked into our service and stated that the internet was working great. We also contacted guests staying at our other un its at the same complex, they stated that they had zero issues with the internet.

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean, the pool was nice and never crowded, and the owners were always quick to answer any questions. We loved the quiet location with very little traffic, while still being just a short drive from Destin with plenty of great restaurants and things to do. We’d definitely stay here again!

The host was extremely communicative and the property was exactly as described. Would recommend a stay at this cottage. Boardwalk to the beach is close and property is well taken care of.

Great one bedroom, pet friendly condo! super clean! We have stayed at Sunset Cottages many times before, but this condo was the best. very clean and had everything you needed for your stay, even free beach service, which is a plus, so you don't have to haul chairs to the beach. Check in was super easy. Ground floor is a plus, loved the door leading to the front balcony made easy access to beach, car and to let your pet out.

6A was as described; very clean, easy access to the beach and perfect for the 3 of us and our Boxer dog, Roko. There are many benefits to this ground floor location. 3 doors to access or leave the property with plenty of parking within steps. Pool is just off the main bedroom. Personally, if it's possible after visiting other beach locations, I felt our location was more pleasing. As the water break, sand is all that and the attendants were hospitable! Loved the non-slip tile in 6A. With just the one bathroom, there are 2 doors to secure, one from the hallway and one from the main bedroom. And the ground floor gave easy access for Roko, his walks and the nearby dog spot was easy for Roko to do his deed. Michelle and Ron communicated 5 Stars throughout. Will definitely consider 6A at the Sunset Cottages on our next visit. The Little's !

One of the most well equipped VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Excellent communication with the host. Some neighbors were owners and you almost felt like you were in a community. We travel with two teacup yorkies and being on the ground floor was super. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was our second time staying here. I love the simplicity of the cottages and of course the first floor unit is most convenient. The pool is right out of the back door and the path to the beach is right out of the front door down the pier. The room has everything we need.

The unit was perfect, pool is right out of the back door , as stated, which is very convenient with kids. Even with the pool close it was quiet and peaceful. The beach was easy to access as well. We didn't even have to go far for restaurants and they had a cute little ice cream shop with put put golf right down the road. Perfect condo and area!

My Husband and I spent a weekend anniversary here - it was the perfect location for us to do some beach fishing. The place is very spacious and clean.

The condo was very well fitted. New appliances and furnishings. Very clean.

We loved the proximity to the beach and activities. Had wonderful dinning options very close by. Crab island, sunset cruise, and shopping was also amazing. Overall great value, great experience. Will be back!

Home Away from Home

Wonderful cottage just steps from the beach. We felt so comfortable that we were actually depressed to leave. Clean, comfee and stocked just right. Cant wait to go back.

Great place with great beach access

This cute ground floor condo was perfect for 3 adults. It was clean, well stocked and quite comfortable. The recliner was a plus! Although this is not right on the beach, it is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Great experience with the host who kept us informed right from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here.
