Maintenant, en prenant des réservations pour le printemps / été. 1 1/2 MILES TO EMERALD COAST CENTRE DE CONGRÈS Condo très spacieux et confortable, la maison unset Coucher de soleil à Paradise Sunset Cottages situés sur la belle et calme île Okaloosa, Nous avons 3 condos disponibles à louer dans la même communauté de condos. 1 1/2 miles de l'autoroute 98 et du centre-ville de Fort Walton Beach. Aussi ont deux condos supplémentaires inférieurs unitaires disponibles à la location, le propriétaire de contact pour plus de détails ......... 6 miles du centre-Destin, en Floride. Considéré comme le 'Nouveau Destin West Beach zone de villégiature », mais sans route à traverser !!! Seulement 100 mètres à la plage de sable blanc du Golfe du Mexique. Belle copropriété avec un excellent plan d'étage. Peut accueillir six (6) personnes confortablement. Cette grande une copropriété de chambre a (2) intégré lits superposés jumeaux de taille, un grand canapé-lit et la chambre principale dispose d'un grand Californie lit king size rendant semblable à une unité de chambre 1 1/2. Cette unité dispose de deux (2) téléviseurs, un (1) dans le salon et un (1) dans la chambre principale, deux équipées d'un lecteur DVD ainsi que d'un accès Internet.  Deux (2) grands balcons, une vue magnifique sur le golfe depuis le balcon du salon et d'une vue sur la baie depuis le balcon de la chambre principale. Cuisine complète avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur, lave vaisselle. micro-ondes (pots, casseroles, vaisselle, argenterie, mixeur, cafetière, grille-pain, trop à la liste ...) Tout le nécessaire pour profiter de vos vacances. Cet appareil dispose également d'une laveuse / sécheuse se trouve dans l'unité pour votre convience. Ce est une unité très bien entretenu et très propre! (Récemment construit en 2000) Si vous cherchez un hôtel très propre, calme condo pour une famille agréable rendez-vous loin ou une retraite de couples alors ce est l'un pour vous! ** Départ IS10: 00 heures ** Arrivée 16h00, sauf si approuvé par le nettoyage et la gestion.

This property was one of the cleanest that we have stayed in. As soon as we walked inside it smelled nice and fresh! It was nice and convenient to the beach just a parking lot to walk through.

Great clean place to stay! We loved it! The only issue was when the guest in the condo above us where home. They were loud and you could hear the kids running and being load. Other than that it was perfect!

Great place! Perfect for my fam and doggo. So so sooo clean! Appliances were good. I used the washer and dryer nearly everyday. Plenty of space for us to relax, and the walk to the beach was easy. The free chair rentals were so helpful. All we had to take was our cooler and boogie boards. The condo was close enough we could leave the beach and have lunch and easily walk back and continue our beach day. Not crowded. Very nice. 10/10 recommend this place.

Ron and Michelle were very responsive to an issue that we had when we first arrived. It was taken care of very quickly and they were on top of it. It’s in a quiet location and so easy to walk to the beach which is very close. The best bonus was the umbrella and 2 beach chairs that are included on the beach. So handy! We will be back!

Great place

Would recommend to anyone!! Clean, quiet, great places to eat nearby and the shortest walk to the beach we've ever had. The included beach chairs and umbrella was the cherry on top. Will definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is so close to the beach (loved the chairs and umbrella service!). Enjoyed the pool and atmosphere of the condos. We found everything we needed in Fort Walton Beach.

Great location and perfect for family stay

The property was a great find, so close to the beach and with pool access. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, and we had a great time relaxing from the heat and humidity inside. Next time we’ll visit in a different month so we can take advantage of the porch areas, listening to the ocean.

Great little place!

The one set of bunk beds is great for this one bedroom condo. We loved our stay here here, the property is clean and feels newly remodeled. Plenty of appliances for your every need. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Girls trip/ birthday trip

We booked a pretty last minute stay for 4th of July weekend. We love Ft Walton and we found this adorable cottage steps from the beach. We had a very comfortable king size bed with a pair of bunk beds and a pull out sofa bed which was perfect for 5 women! The cottage was so clean and perfect in every aspect I would definitely book with Michelle again she was a great host and very easy to be in touch with!
